I was just served by Serena and Charlotte at the Maribyrnong shop. Their dedication, professionalism, kindness and attentiveness was above and beyond what I expected. I also congratulate them both on their communication and team work to resolve my faulty product issue. I will definitely be returning to Harris Scarfe again. They are an asset to this company!

Dash is a top notch employee.he is very knowledgeable about pricing, and he has really friendly customer service skills.it’s a shame that the item i wanted was really expensive so i settled for an alternative that Dash recommended.

Harris Scarf are good value. I remember going to the original store in Rundle Mall in Adelaide when I lived there in what seems like a past life!

I love Harris scarfe. I often visit it when i need to buy something or even just for casual fun. They have a great collection of items with very good discounts at times. Lots of my household things i buy from there. I also visit them whenever i need to give someone any gift. They have a very good collection of kitchen appliances and cutlery and dinnerware. Their bedding collection is also pretty good.

Guys please check the prices on other stores as well before buying anything from this store sometimes there is a huge difference, telling you by my experience

Customer service is excellent in this store. Sarah and Michelle were very helpful when I visited the store last week. I rang three times and Michelle listened very patiently and did her excellent to resolve my problem. Thank you so much guys for your services. I really appreciate it.

I think there is a decline that can be seen about harris scarfe. Only few nice things, what is a bit nicee is much toooooo expensive. I remember it was a pleasure to visit this shop. I cannot say this anymore.really sad.

Placed a click and collect order. Website said ready in 3 hours, gave them 4. Rang to enquire, was told it was in the system and to wait half hour to be actioned. Rang again in 2 hours and was told they're out of stock and would get a refund.

Harris scarf is the only place I go to buy my bras I don't like the cheap ones I like to pay good money for good quality

The lady at the front of the store checking our vaccine certificates was very friendly and welcoming. We brought a christmas tree, it was 50% off, we felt we got a great deal it was exactly the tree we were after, the right size for where we wanted to put it, we had already look in many other stores unsuccessfully. We wanted to check out the hieght so we lifted it off the shelf, a male staff member came to assist us, he was very friendly and insisted that he put it back for us even though we were happy to do it as we lifted it down, it wasn't a very big tree. These two staff members were great, friendly and helpful, thank you Harris Scarf for employing enough staff so that you provide great serivice and not long check out queues, much better that Myers & David Jones, although having to go so far back in the store to pay is annoying, ckeck outs should be on the way out of the store.

Good price lot of discounted items,
Items in the menswear not match the advertise price.but in total was a good services

I understand that you are in lockdown as you would accept during COVID but when you call for a simple order to be placed and the phone rings out on numerous occasions (and not just me) it makes you want to take your business elsewhere sadly

Great price and easy to order. Wish I had done click and collect as delivery to 4 days as courier company was delayed.

Really disappointed with the customer service after spending nearly $800 these guys don't have trolleys to carry the stuff out on top of that scanned my $75 jacket twice and charged me double the price.
Also when i asked them for their plastic basket they took my photo ID so that i return the trolley back she could have sent one of her staff member to carry the stuff out and take back the baskets from the parking.
Vvvvery very pathetic service.
Will not step in the shop again!

It would be good to see staff working at Harris scarf instead of searching for them and now idea what uniform there wear

Great store when Harris Scarfe have their sales you can't beat them. Unfortunately I found a young sales assistant (Lilibel) who attended to me over the phone was rude and quite condescending after I called about a faulty item I had purchased at the Highpoint store the day before. Such a difference to the lady (Flo) whom I spoke to at the Airport West store a few minutes later, who was very helpful, thank you Flo! Highpoint Store.take note and perhaps some lessons on how to be polite to your customers!

I bought lattes cups and a knife Set on the 26/6 they are fantastic. The manager was very helpful. She was very clear to all my enquires. Thank you team. Great kitchenware
