I've been going to this Optometrist for about 10 years now and they have always been so helpful. They've even gone the extra mile and stayed open a bit later so I could collect my glasses when my working hours changed. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Very professional team. No rushing through eye testing or frame and lens selection process. Very thorough - most extensive testing I have had from an optometrist and I have been wearing glasses for over 30 years. Very active listening by all staff and responsive to questions / enquiries / concerns. Definitely not a 'get 'em in and get 'em out and billed' business. Highly recommended.

Harris Blake & Parsons did an amazing job with my recent glasses emergency (where a could-have-been-catastrophic situation - with family member losing balance and landing on my glasses - resulted in a bent frame that made the glasses unwearable). I've been going to Harris Blake & Parsons for some years; the service and quality of optometry help is outstanding. The friendly and professional staff made me comfortable, and the Bvlgari frames were attended to immediately. This was all part of their service for ongoing customers; care was taken to make sure that the distortion was fixed properly and that the glasses sat nicely in place so that I could see easily again. No lingering sign that they'd ever been bent!
As an aside, I also have disposable lenses from Harris Blake & Parsons, for those occasions when I prefer to be wearing no glasses - they don't irritate my eyes, unlike the contact lenses I wore at uni. Brett gave me what I call a "smart script", and that lets me view close and distant objects easily, without any horrible gritty red-eyed feeling.

Harris Blake & Parsons have been my optometrists for over 20 years now. Their knowledge and service is beyond par. They are always friendly and helpful, particularly in assisting with choice of frames. Getting follow-up assistance with cleaning and adjustments is never a problem. They keep me informed of when my prescription needs renewing too.

Their level of service really stands out compared to their competition, when I was required to use another company for my prescription work glasses. That was a painful experience by comparison.

Have given 5 Stars as the service is well worth it. Stephanie the optometrist that I see is very caring and thorough and explains all the processes and tests clearly, and answers any questions I might have. You never feel like you are being rushed through the appointment.

Recently received a new prescription for my multi-focal lenses. I have been wearing multi-focals for decades and each new prescription required a period of adjustment. The latest Rodenstock lenses were perfect from the moment I first put them on. I am very pleased with graduation and especially the lightness. The Rodenstock lens, I was told, is able to reduce the flare of oncoming headlights when driving at night.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the flare is very substantially reduced and the improved driver safety is worth every cent.

Fantastic team of eye care professionals. They are as good as booking to see someone at the Eye and Ear Hospital, and whenever they are in doubt because of certain conditions beyond their machines and knowledge, they sent me to the retina specialist to make sure things are not going the wrong direction.

Harris Blake & Parsons have been my optometrists for many years. My preferred optical choice has always been contact lenses however, my glasses were due for an update. Linda Harwood prescribed some Rodenstock lenses they feature new DNEye scanner technology which measures the individual anatomy of the eye to create tailor made lenses and give clarity of vision. In the past I had found glasses uncomfortable because of the variation of prescriptions in each eye. However, to my delight my eyes were immediately comfortable and the vision is excellent from all perspectives. Thanks Linda and the team for your great customer service.

I've been going to HB&P since I began High school in about 74. Today I took a an examination an can't fault the service and expertise of Brett and the front of house staff.maybe Brett was having a low day, although he was very thorough and answered all my questions with good explanation, he just didn't seem to be into it. After he eye dropped that stingy stuff in my eye and wiped it with a tissue, he just shoved the used tissue into my hand, weird when there is a bin just there. The Croydon branch seemed to be a lot happier and upbeat compered to their Eastland shop. Upshot is buying online 165 vs 759. Diagnostics 10 out of 10.
