Worst customer service experience I have ever had.
Firstly, there was no friendliness or greeting. Woman serving was unbelievably rude taking our order.
Secondly, my partner bought a pineapple juice with broken glass under the lid. He cut himself on the glass therefor I brought the issue to her attention, showing her the broken glass and advising her she might want to check the remaining bottles she’s selling. There was no apology, no sympathy and we ended up leaving the broken bottle in the shop. My partner then bought a can to replace his drink and she made sure to tell him she doesn’t want his can (as he placed it on the counter) and that he needs to pay $3. Absolutely disgusting personality and it made me ashamed to even accept our order of food.
Will not return. Do not recommend. She needs to change careers with this attitude. Very shameful.

Fantastic fish and chips at a reasonable price. Impressed by the variety of fresh fish options on offer - flathead, snapper, whiting - much better than anything else in the area. I enjoyed the crumbed fish and chips and I’ve been back the last 2 weeks in a row! New family favourite, highly recommended.

I'm a massive fan of their potato cakes - not over crisped, not caked with too much batter, and with the right amount of potatoe

The fish, chips and potato cakes were all great! Light and crispy and fresh.
The calamari rings were really disappointing. They were some blended composite which in no way resembled calamari.

Good fish chips store in the local area. We take lunch here couple of times. Uploaded menu for everyone need.

The worst customer service ever! The lady at the counter had the worst attitude.so rude in the way she spoke and was frowning the whole time while taking my order. I almost asked her to bin my order and walked out. Never ever again will I come back

Food is great. But I find it frustrating how the female boss has so much attitude towards everyone That orders threw the phone and rushes everything so quick just to always hang up on your face very bad customer service. That ain’t it ‍️

Negative stars is how it should be, what kind of business does not have EFTPOS in 2021! But hold on there's an ATM directly behind you. So no EFTPOS but an ATM haha tell me that's not a rort. N the women has the cheek to say I am picking on small business, it's because of small business that are "cash only" that the rest of the small businesses out there are scrutinized by the tax man. Unethical to say the least

The folks are friendly, the prep and taste is great for fried, grilled.burgers while being the 'standard' fish n chips burger, are prepped, constructed and taste better than most! The small chips serving is a fairly decent amount, good for two to share.
