Harp of Erin Hotel reviews
37Food is great and reasonably priced. And it reminds me of the song "Feels like Home" when I relax after a good meal.
Great atmosphere perfect for family. Good selection of food and ok with prices. I had the lamb and it was quite good though a bit too oily.
A great place to bring Mum! The seniors special was just the ticket, she really enjoyed the salmon. I had a parma that was so large, it came with its own postcode. If you want affordable and tasty food, it's well worth considering
Unless you are a local, of which they let you reserve 2 to 3 gaming machines, and weekly are well known to Peter and Harry, do not attend if you are after a fair go on playing a machine of your choice.
Not up to date with latest pokies.
You can definitely find better!
What a disappointment. Read all the menu on allergy information. It said the kitchen was very good with allergies although a small risk of cross contamination possible but what a joke the chef was. Being coeliac I asked about the gluten free grilled fish and chips. Asked if the chips were deep fried with other battered food. Barman wasn't sure and checked with chef who said food is only gluten friendly. Didn't want to risk chips as he couldn't give me a straight answer. Ordered chicken scallapini which was marked GFO. The barman came over 5mins later to tell me the chef said they use the same flour in their non gluten free food and gluten free food. What does that mean i asked. Is there flour in the chicken that is not GF and why is it marked GF. I asked if I could speak to chef to clarify if I could eat it. He went to chef who didn't realise I was standing in ear shot. The chef said he was not interested in speaking to me. What awful rude behaviour. I would have left immediately but we were guests of another lady. I am reporting this hotel to the coeliac society. Do not go if you have any allergies as they treat it as a joke and take no care.
One word deerlicious. Seniors cutlets peas mash and gravey. Glass of wine couldn't cook it for yourself for $20

Quite night on a Sunday.
Greeted by security when I got there.
Friendly and welcoming.
Great local pub where I watch my big screen sports with a beer in hand. It's my "other" lounge room.
Famous parmigiana has changed for the worse and the chicken Caesar was terrible. Has staff changed in the kitchen?
Not the Harp of old (circa 2000) A decent sized pub now turned into a pokies venue which is more on the small side. Staff were lovely & helpful, & regularly checked to see if any drinks were needed etc. With the TAB next door this is an all round gamblers venue & patronage reflected this
Fairly standard neighbourhood pub
Pokies, average parmies, food at a higher price than the quality.
Great staff and excellent on tap beers. Fish and chips and the schnitzel goes well too! Love my new local
Great place, free coffee, good menu, nice atmosphere and parking just across the road, love it.
Not bad st all beer was tasty steak a little on the modest size but perfectly medium rare as requested
Very decent food for a pub - the parmas are a go to. Good service and never dead. One of my go-to pubs.
Came here around 5ish for a drink and there were plenty of seats available.
Staff were friendly
Cornerstone pub of Kew. Literally on a corner. Great food, great staff and will always be a go-to.
Dirty table needed cleaning.prior to seating.greasy crumbed lamb chops.over heated in a microwave to serve.
To be honest not the best night to judge, but stopped by for a couple of drinks midweek in the bistro. Very quiet, choice of booths, good selection of beers on tap, friendly staff. Worthy of 5 stars tonight. Have also been on previous occasions when busier and typically had good experiences, good pub food, etc so I don't feel dishonest giving it.
Security guards are rude and make me feel incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable, I complained about a man staring at me and making me feel uncomfortable and the security told me there was nothing to do and basically said I was asking for it
Bar staff were lovely though
