Overall not a bad place, but the staff leave a lot to be desired. Young girls with headphones in the ears. Just glaring at you and giving you one word answers. Barely any smiles. The bare minimum of service. Constantly treating you like you’re trying to steal etc. Bit over that.

Not a review just a question, are the diving boards open to the public or do people have to hire them?

Web site is a shocker trying to suspend a membership is impossible so hard to do such a simple task who designed this rubbish

'Very lovely public swimming facility. It opens everyday. Plenty of pool spaces for people at all ages.

Difficult to understand the madness that has overtaken this centre. Children are made to wear a plastic wrist band indicating their age, this is so the lifeguards can police how far they are away from their parents. There are signs all over the centre shouting various rules from how many children can be accompanied by each adult etc.
Incredible to think that this centre is a place where people can come to learn to get over their fear of the water, all of the nonsense listed above creates a very intimidating environment.

The diving boards are now open. Great swimming pool, lovely friendly people.
Also pretty good coffee that's served in the little shop

Great swimming pool inside and out sauna and spa heated hydrotherapy pool well staffed do recommend

A staff member made us feel unwelcome he was very arrogant and his customer service skill were zero he had a name tag on him as matt overly skinny and withdrawn with tattoos we will not go there again and make sure I make that a note of our experience on every channel of social media

The place is absolutely filthy. Don’t know how many times the indoor spa has been closed due to someone pooing in it. Grotesque

Friendly staff, clean venue, good communication, enjoyable lessons, but the venue is old and not much for kids.

Nice clean pool. I prefer it to Prahran.sometimes a little busy but if you can get there between 10-2 it’s nice and quiet

It's Pretty ironic to have a Swim Centre Named After Australian Prime Minister Harold Halt who went missing while swimming at the beach. His body has never been recovered to this day

I started adult swimming lessons a few months ago. My confidence around water has improved since. The facilities are amazing and the staff are super friendly. An extra shout out to Nick. He is very encouraging. Highly recommend coming here for fun and fitness.

Best swim centre in the near by suburbs. Has many pools to cater for all ages. Could do with more showers and toilets though for its size.

Me and my partner came to relax and have a swim while we were here, we were pestered three times by the staff over silly rules. One of them being you need a wristband after 4pm for being in the jacuzzi (we paid whatever they asked at the desk and we specifically asked if we needed a wristband) us and two other ladies were demanded to leave the jacuzzi at 3: 30pm. It was an extremely quiet day so the staff must have been bored. Facilities are disgusting. Will not be back.

Love the outdoor 50m pool. Lots of space to lounge and cool off.

My sons swim with Academy Swimming Club. The Academy of Swimming places technique at the heart of their recreational and competitive pathways. People swim for many different reasons. Some swim for fun or fitness. Others want to push and become the best they can through competition and well-structured pathways. Highly recommend Rod, Judy and their coaches.

Marvellous swimming spot and great staff. Always come during the day and it isn’t super busy. Large sauna and outdoor spa.

Senior staff at your pool ignored complaints about a woman on her phone in the female change rooms who let her daughter "play" under the shower for over half an hour.so much for the 2 minute rule!

And your online pool availability web site is a joke! Six 6 lanes "available" in reality means two (2) only. Lappers battle for space whilst chinese swim students and squads get preferential treatment. $$$$$$$$?
