Hare Krishna (ISKCON) Temple reviews
43Once a spiritual community with lots of energy, now a sort of Indian social club with pious but uncertain participation.
Beautiful Place and the people there are so welcoming and lovely prasadam served by Iskon temple.
Peaceful and calm. They provide lunch prasadam every day.
You have 2 hour street parking in front of the temple.
I visited this place couple of years ago. Such a wonderful and peaceful place. I spent peacefully in Lord Krishna 's presence.
Very peaceful place gives you a insight where your position is in the universe. The food is very tasty.
It is beautiful. You have to make booking before you visit temple. You can also order food from the website/app. Check the darshan time before you go.
This place makes me relaxed, energetic, full of positivity.forget all the worries when I am going there.thanks Krishna for everything
Beautiful experience visiting Melbourne ISKCON. I love the Place and the people who take care of this place, Hare Krishna
Well organized with covid safe precautions and felt so pleasant with environment and with beautiful Kirthan. Hare Krishna
A place where i find solace and peace! Try and visit this place at least once a week however, lockdowns have made it difficult. Everyone seems happy when I visit this temple and their whole attitude and belief in lord Krishna is fascinating. I always feel positive and energised after my visit.
Spiritually advanced, very humble and knowledgeable devotees associations. Must visit the Temple of Sri Sri Radha Vallabh
Hare Krishna. A place where ultimate spirituality explained and practiced in a most simple way.
It was our first visit at the temple. Such a nice arrangement for Covid protection.
The calmness of the place, the hare krishna music in the background and the beautiful idols of Lord Krishna, altogether it was a feast for the senses. We purchased Bhagwad Gita, Magical Stories from Vedic ages from the shop there. Looking forward to reading them and visiting the temple again:)
This is a very peaceful place where everyone is welcomed. I attended evening prayer which was full of energy and positive vibes. You may get very tasty and delicious sanctified vegetarian food here at certain time (Lunch and dinner). Also beauty of the alter and the place is mesmerizing. If you visit do not forget to buy books from there to know the interesting facts and philosophy about the place and how it started centuries ago.
Very peaceful place, download ISKON Melbourne app and book your slot before u go, one person can book slot for 2 persons. I recommend to go at 9 am slots. It’s harathi time, and eat Prashad, it’s very very tasty. You will definitely feel like home
A Hinduism temple where you can pray and have meal as blessings from god. However, whoever visiting their just beaware of where you park your car its almost permitted zone. And due to our mistake me and my friends got fines.
This is an amazing experience. Free beautiful vegetarian lunch. The garden is an oasis in the city. The Krsna devotees are so welcoming and the festivals are incredible held in the very opulent Hare Krsna temple room. Highly recommended.
A must visit place in Melbourne, where one could feel the serenity and stay peaceful for a long time.
The deity is so attractive and appears pleasing to devotee's eyes.
Clean, simple, focus on prayer and reflective meditation. None of the typical noise of a temple. If you want quiet time this is the best
Very spiritual, calm and best for meditation. Its the place for everyone! Only this ISKCON offers food services for devotees.
It was our privilege to make a visit to ISKCON during our recent visit to Melbourne in the evening. Had a nice darshan of the Lord Krishna.listened to pravachana and had sumptuous prasadam. Premises was well maintained and garden area was beautiful too. Felt blessed.
Very well organized Janmashthami function.
This is in the Alber Park and very close to middle park beach. It also offers feast every Sunday.
Tram Route 12 from Southern Cross is the best option to reach here!
