Having experienced bad service recently, it was most refreshing to deal with Valentina, both by phone and in person. She was someone who was, without expectation, only to willing to provide that little extra service, that we all hope to expect. And that's a rarity these days. All power to her; she will no doubt reap the rewards in the future. Rob McKenzie.

Hardy Brothers effortlessly offers the high level of service I am accustomed too. Special mention and thank you to Valentina who took such great care of me. Ofcourse they have glorious things but they know how to care for their clients which is what is missing is some high end stores yet exactly what is needed in a real world (not online) experience. Its my happy place. Thanks again Valentina and my warm regards Dianne

Valentina did a fabulous job of providing great service and advice, and was very attentive to my needs. She had great knowledge of the products which was perfect. Needless to say I will be going back for my watch and jewelry needs as the first option in future. Thanks again.

I have nothing but praise for the wonderful service of the staff at Hardy Brothers.
Jessica was incredibly helpful and not at all pushy, just happy to chat and help me look at jewelry.
Their post sale service has been wonderful as I needed a new size and they arranged it quickly and without any issues.
Would happily buy from HB again, thank you

Not only unable to repair my 1927 ladies compact made by Hardy Brothers, it now has more damage after being dropped. Simple hinge repair now devalued by half.

Outstanding service and only the highest quality jewelry. I recently purchased a ring for my wife from Valentina and Louis, they were both very knowledgeable, easy going and friendly. Will be back for a Moser:)

Very disappointing on the repair service!
Sent in my Omega watch for repair in November last year, and received a quote in December to proceed. After many chase up calls, I ended up with a new quote at doubled cost in April, and the condition of watch is unknown.
It’s still not addressed after almost 6 months wait.

Valentina was absolutely amazing! And a pleasure to deal with! I called early in the week looking for a mothers day gift and within a couple of minutes after getting off the phone with her she had text me back with photo ideas of what she had in mind which really helped me choose the perfect gift for mothers day.

Valentina was very friendly and so easy to deal with yet very professional right through the whole buying process.

Shocking customer service from the store manager on the phone…. Last time I buy off them!
Rang another store straight after and had much better service and completed a transaction!

Absolutely wonderful service from Jenny in Melbourne. At very short notice she was able to source a particular ring for my wife. She could not have been more obliging and truly knows how to make Hardy’s clients feel special. Thank you very much!

Rang up to inquire about buying a Patek Phillippe, and received the introductory phrase "is this a joke? ". No "hello Madam", or other niceties to guide a return-customer to her next purchase. It was possible the salesman was recovering from having had a fight with his wife, but it was hard to tell through the sinister accent.

Seems weird to just flat out refuse to discount an item when even the Omega Boutique offered one. Fair enough though, lost a customer in me today.

The internal atmosphere and facade is classic with a touch of modern style. The staff are extremely welcoming and polite, whilst maintaining a level of professionalism which match the high standards of Hardy Brothers.

Disappointing.
On ordering a ring online, the wrong sized ring was sent to us. Told by Online Hardy bros to take it to Melb store where the staff implied we had ordered the incorrect size.
After they checked the order, confirming that the wrong ring had been sent out, they were still going to charge us to resize it, instead of them replacing it, as we requested.
Eventually they told us they would replace it with the correct ring, at no cost to us!
When it arrived back in store, I let them know we would be getting it checked by another jeweller to make sure it wasn’t just resized and the setting comprised, and they then admitted they had resized the ring, not replaced it as promised.
This was a simple problem with a simple solution. They just give us the ring we had ordered, but it became a very amateurish deception.
Never will shop with Hardy Bro’s again. Buyer beware.

Very good service, we recently just bought a omega seamaster here, senior sales Carrie is very knowledgeable and professional, she can speak Eng, Mandarin, Cantonese. She indeed went well and truly beyond. A very enjoyable experience. Thanks Carrie and Hardy Brothers.
