Hardimans Hotel

Purchased 2 x medium rare steaks for $47 each. Both rare. Both cold. Chef admitted he was embarrassed at them and they offered free dessert ($16 worth) that we didn’t want and that was the end of it. Pathetic.

Excellent customer service. Great specials - pizzas & fish pie. Friendly staff. Happy hour: 4 - 7pm

Went for dinner last night.food was delish.mains are quite sizeable.great for sharing dishes.apple pie was yummy.sorry didn't take photos of all we ate.but will definitely revisit!

Beer was over priced & the pizza was under cooked. Not bad, staff were very friendly. Do recommend still ‍️

I expect to look out the window and see gold coast whenever I've been here, but upstairs has a good view of the street. Would never in my life eat here, way too expensive, but I'm sure some soulless office workers probably love swinging a couple pineapples for some parma ramas. No smokers area, but the staff are all ok. If they had pool tables like the old establishment I would come here extremely regularly and put a lot of money over the bar, but rarely visit now.

Great food but not a wide range of options. The lady at the bar was very friendly. Highly recommended!

Great pub, good selection on tap. Weirdly one of the stand out points was the salad with the Parma was excellent.

Group of nine matured aged gentlemen attended Hardimans on Wednesday evening for their Steak Special Night.we were not disappointed. Good venue with great staff. We sat outside but all was good with heaters working well.
The majority had the steak but there were a couple of cheeseburgers too.
We won't leave it so long before we are back for another visit

Impeccable service, amazing staff and the most delicious cuisine. We cannot thank Hardimans enough for making my husbands 40th birthday memorable and so easy. Everyone commented how well presented, fresh and flavourful the food was. So much to choose from without question. I would recommend them over any place we've celebrated in for ease of service, access and flexibility. THANK YOU TO ALL YOUR AMAZING HELPFUL STAFF. Throughout professional and attentive, professional always and could not do enough to help.

We love eating here. The food is delicious and the service is great. We ate upstairs and had the whole room to ourselves. Great views of the city from upstairs too.

We organised a private function for a Sunday lunch and our experience was sensational. The staff were organised and accommodating from the outset. We had a number of dietary requirements and they catered for all our needs exceptionally well. The quality of the food was outstanding. Everything was delicious and there was so much food that everyone left with very full bellies. On the day the staff were exceptionally attentive and catered to our every wish. Nothing was too much trouble. The venue itself is modern and bright and it caters well for kids too. All in all, I would highly recommend Hardimans Hotel if you're looking for somewhere with great food, wonderful service, and modern and inviting facilities.

I hadn't been to Hardimans for awhile, but was pleasantly surprised upon my return. They have done a massive renovation, and absolutely upgraded every aspect of the place. It is a huge improvement and still makes it reign supreme for my fave pub in Kensington.

Good food and drinks with excellent staff. The atmosphere is clean and clear. Covid-19 safety plan is well done and executed (from check-in at arrival to cleaning tables and chairs once patrons leave).

Have been here many times, work functions, social drinks, family meals. Great venue, lovely staff. Really well maintained and nice outdoor area which is suitable all year round.

This is an above average hotel for dinner the food was excellent presented and quite tasty Its excellent atmosphere for families

The place is really nice, and the staff is friendly too. Nachos were good but not enough sauce!

Great pub food also kid friendly with friendly service. Calamari salad is a ripper - the kids swiped the cheese burger kids meals and the Parma is pretty good as well - will be back

The best spot in Kensington to catch up with mates and get on the beers. Great variety of beers on tap, good food that is reasonably priced and friendly helpful staff.

Our group all enjoyed our meals - my steak was cooked to perfection, best chips ever with a refreshing salad. We sat outside admiring the landscaping when it got cold. Not a problem for the staff to light the outdoor fire- happy us! Looking forward to our next visit.

Great food and top class service. The meals came out super quick and was well prepared.

The beef entre was very good. Calamari a bit dry. Pork belly was crispy. Desert was yummy?

Good selection of beer and wine.

Note: ask for juice at bar and was given OJ without confirmation - (they have cranberry and apple as alternative)
