Recently had an issue with a pair of boots I had purchased from them. First time in many many purchases. Not only were they happy to help, they replaced them promptly when authorized by the manufacturer and waited for me to arrive almost on closing time. Thank you, I will see you in another couple of months for my next purchase.

Made a situation that could have been bogged down with back and forthing, and running around, incredibly smooth and easy.

Ordered a gift for someone online, for them to pick up locally. I Included the recipient's number in the order notes, in case of any issues.

Turns out the item I purchased was out of stock, so the store very promptly called the recipient (they''d paid attention to my order note, which seems a rarity with businesses in general these days), and recommended a like product that they did have. Recipient picked it all up shortly after, and left very happy.

Came in looking for a sleeveless jacket/vest, got help right away, no fuss whatsoever. Liked the range of products, staff couldn't have been friendlier and the whole shopping experience was really nice. High recommendation!
