Sue and Brett were excellent property managers from a renter’s point of view. They were always professional and very prompt with responses. They have been so helpful. Highly recommend them.

I was looking for a small property in the Stonnington, Booroondara area and had looked on line and inspected many properties where l met hard sell agents and given the usual sales banter. I arranged to view a property with Brett. He let me view it in peace and take note of the salient features. He also gave me useful information re the body corporate, recent works carried out and outgoing costs etc.l was not pressured and hassled and made an offer a few days later.l was pleased with the settlement and price negotiations.

Sue from Harcourts has been helpful and responsive from day 1 up until the last day of my lease (which is around 5 years now!). She is very reliable and deals with everything professionally. During my stay, she dealt with all of my questions and passed on my concerns promptly to the landlord. I am super thankful to her and she is by far the best agent I have come across!

As a long term renter Harcourts is by far the best experience I have had so far. Quick to respond and act, never felt that I was putting them out as I have experienced in dealing with other companies! Works fairly for both the renter and the landlord and Sue was fantastic to deal with.

We've been renting a unit for a while now, and we have had Sue as our agent. We were reassigned to Sue after using another agency, and the difference has been amazing to see over the years. Sue is so efficient, understanding and helpful. Whenever there is a concern, Sue is on it in a flash and we have never felt so cared for.

All throughout the pandemic, lockdowns, everything - it puts a lot of stress on a family, especially as we became first time parents when it all kicked off without any family/friends around - it has been so comforting to know that our home has someone as wonderful as Sue looking over not just it but us as people.

What a breeze to rent out our place!
Both Brett and Sue from Harcourts have been an absolute pleasure to work with. An extremely helpful and knowledgeable professional
We first approached Brett some 12 months prior to putting our property on the market for sale. Through a variety of circumstances 9including Covid) we were not ready to go ahead at that time. Brett kept in touch with us over the 12 months, keeping us informed on market conditions, and as a result, between us we took a decision when we thought would be a good time to market our property.

Brett was right!
He guided us through the steps we needed to take to get a "good result", and gave us helpful advice on the presentation and marketing of the property.
The result.a successful sale within weeks of listing the property, at a price we were very happy with.
