Traumatised dealing with them one of their agent continues to harrass me and discriminiting since they took ovet the Ray white. I sent emails to their director no reply. Case gone to VCAT their agent still harrasing me. I have written evidence of her behaviour if you think this post is fake im happy to make them public. Just discussing my options with varioud organisations. Unbelieble please do not treat people like this in long term its not good.

Worst realstate to deal with, property manager doesn't return calls and from reception to managers all so rude

Now I want to change to another real estate they want $275 per property.
There property managers are high turn over 4 in 5 years and lie to say that they are sick and next thing you here is they left.

This must be the worst real estate company for Property Management I have ever had to deal with. The Property Manager never gets back to you unless you finally try to contact someone higher up, they don’t advise of correct procedures, and make excuses for everything.
No one can give you a straight answer and no one else seems to want to help.
Very tired of trying to deal with this company.

Mario and the extended Harcourts team were really great to deal with. I felt that they were honest with their appraisal and confident with their ability to market and sell the property to get the best possible outcome. We resolved all the items that Mario called out to give the property the greatest chance to attract the right buyer which we are sure had the desired impact.

The auction day went great, and we were very surprised by the number of Harcourts representatives that attended to ensure that the auction went as smooth as possible for us as well as the buyers.
