Steph and Vish are absolutely amazing to deal with. Proactive, respond quickly - When things go wrong, they know how to handle them and know how to get results.

I had a variety of dealings with them. We sold our house through Vish which was an excellent experience and then needed somewhere to live so rented a house through them where Steph was our property manager - Professional, genuine and quick to respond. Everything reported was handled and nothing unfair was asked of us as tenants.

Due to experience with Steph, I chose to manage our property in Atherstone, it's been 7 months and the experience as a landlord with them has been fabulous too. Steph's empathy for landlords and tenants is second to none - She is great understanding both sides and knows how to handle the situation and even give advice when you are confused how something complex should be dealt with

Not very professional my property manager is rude and abrupt (Stephanie) had a inspection and she didn’t have the guts to be upfront with instead sends a email demanding 500 dollars for her to come out for a another inspection and given the fact I took on this property without a inspection which is illegal so yeah great realestate company can’t wait to move out and get away from bad vibes

Rude, insensitive and purely lazy! The staff at this realestate agency are extremely unhelpful and do not cater to any request. Stephanie is a property manager who has failed to fix any of the issues in the home, we have no running water in the home as the solar pipe has burst. The homes sliding doors were not lockable (we fixed them alone), the air conditioner did not work (we paid and fixed it) and there is no internet connection in the home.
All these issues have been addressed to the team at Harmony Real estate and none were rectified. Quick to take 6 month up front payments but not so quick to help! STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!
