Owner of the store is very reasonable & approchable. The customer service team is professional & responsive for whatever problems raised. They're keen to understand what's going wrong & what can be done better to improve their services. They're very quick to respond to customer's complaine & solve it in a very short time to meet the customer satisfaction. Great store, I can't complain about it. I would recommend anyone to this store.

“Fine service, bad communication”

The techs at Knox were fine, but a mistake during the repair had them sending the phone to Sydney. No communication at all for the first week, I had to initiate contact through a help request form on the website.

Very stressful period as the phone still had my SIM- I was unable to check in to locations or receive DHHS updates.

After 3 weeks, I picked up my phone, and was charged $99 for the repair and new screen protector, which I’d been told would be replaced under contract for free.

I still have not received my phone case- it was left at Knox when my phone was shipped to Sydney.

Overall, very disappointed in the service- do NOT let them take your phone.

Took my iPhone here to have the battery replaced and after a couple hours they managed to completely screw up the phone. Initially when I checked to see if my phone was fixed they ignored me completely and didn't want to face me.

These people don't know what they're doing when it comes to phone repairs.please do not trust your phone with these idiots.

Had a problem with speaker volume, gave the phone a clean and it fixed the problem at no charge awesome

I was charged $100 for a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus and told it was one of the best and strongest screen protectors, after one week without much use parts of the screen protector starting splintering off and parts of it have become unstuck from the screen (I also paid to have it applied by the sales person). After paying a very high price for guaranteed quality, the screensaver was not a quality product at all.

Highly recommended! I accidentally smashed my Samsung Galaxy A70 screen. Got a quick quote from their website and the ladies at Knox replaced the screen and had it back to its best in under an hour and a half. They also threw in a portable battery as part of a promotion for the online quote.

It's bad when you go into a Telstra shop and you see 3 staff members standing talking in a huddle holding their phones and you signal that you need assistance and they ignore you; and you have to physically walk up to them and ASK FOR SERVICE.

If you want bad disorganized business and staff go here, make sure you are also prepared to wait weeks for your "fix"
Cant even provide ink for their printer for giving customers invoice copy

I got my ipone 7 fixed hereand they did a wonderful job, they were so amazing with the pricing and put it into a sort of deal so that getting the screen fixed and putting on a screen protector didnt cost me nearly $200. They were very friendly and answered any questions that i had, would 100% recommend.

The absolute worse place you could go to get your phone fixed.
Not only did they do a terrible job and have a lack of attention to detail after having to take the phone back to them 3 times with various different issues.
They wouldn't accept responsibility for their poor workmanship & I now have to bare the cost of getting another phone as they have now told me mechanically it is "Irrepairable".
No refund, no apology. NOTHING!

Had a battary fitted. 1 month out of 6mth warranty the battery blew up damaging phone. Said could replace for $110. Did not care about damge very unhelpful. Would stay well away.

Went to Happytel with a screen protector problem. Happytel replaced the glass protector without any issue or hassle. Great service and assistance. For me the one and only place to go at Knox city.

Shocking experience! Took my iPhone in to get my screen fixed, took it home, put it on the charge face down (on my wooden chest of drawers) & the entire screen cracked. Workmanship horrendous & customer service even worse. Wouldn’t acknowledge any fault & told me that I should have checked my screen carefully for faults before leaving the shop after they fixed the screen. Go elsewhere!

Had a Screen replaced, afterwards the back light stopped working, they refused to take responsibility.took it to another repairer, screws missing, screws in the wrong spot ect. STAY AWAY!

Huge place with what ever shop you need. Plenty of parking, bus depot, I could easily spend hours just walking around checking out all the shops and a cuppa

BAD BAD BAD! I had a screen repaired at a Happytel store. Do not trust, will not honor warranty, go somewhere else.
Phone was faultless for 9 months with its small crack in screen then after repair hazing around edge of screen, intermittently unresponsive touch panel then finally froze and would not even respond to a hard reset. Had to wait for battery to go flat then it would start and freeze again in a day or two. After reading online the most probable reason is a faulty or incompatible part or damaged cable. THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR
