Came in for a simple clean up, charging port and headphone jack was full of dust. The awesome people here did the clean quickly and for free.

Went to repair the screen of my cellphone and I ended up getting all my cellphone clean for a great price, this people knows how to do their job and got an incredible customer's attention, also they are honest and well spoken

Went there because my phone would not charge. Repaired the charging point in 5 minutes got a new case for my wifes phone.

I dont like leaving neg reviews but i felt she didn't want to serve me. She was trying to push me away not to buy 3 cases and screen protectors. They may be dealing with alot of different people on a daily basis but sales people should be professional in dealing with customers.
I hope they take this review as a positive feedback for the future.

Happytel gives a great service to its customers, without keeping them for a long time they attend to the needs of the customers as soon as possible. The team is highly efficient and possess a sound knowledge on technology. If anyone wants to do any repairs or change the tempered glass, its non other than Hightel. Good Luck

Had a great experience here! Service was great and they fixed my phone in 20 minutes like it was brand new. Definitely would recommend this place for any phone issues especially iPhone. Plus the person who served me was super friendly and reasonable.

Came here for a cover for my pixel 3, originally was put on slightly crooked. They replaced it for free and gave me some advice on how to prevent it coming off.

Good service and the new screen protector works well.

I can't endorse this store enough, they were friendly, conscientious, and incredibly accommodating of the issues I was having. Brian, in particular, handled my phone problem with great efficiency and professionalism, it was a pleasure to have my issue sorted in such a positive way.

I just went to melbourne central happytel this morning! I have replaced my screen protector! Excellent service and very friendly staff! Strongly recommended!

I was passing through this shop this afternoon, I saw they write Huwei collect point at the front of counter then I stop cos I have a spare huawei handphone. I would like to ask one of them whether it has recovery value. Then I ask one of the staff who is definitely Asian face, for better communication I ask him do you speak mandarin (I hope we could understand each other better) this guys says the amazing words I have ever heard during the 6 years live time in Melbourne. He said “no one speak Mandarin, this is Australia” I was shocked. Really shocked, this is 20 century how could someone say like this even to his customer and himself is an Asian? And probably Chinese? I feel shame for him

The guys at HappyTel, specifically Ian are legend. They are patient while they attend a customer and very informative as well.
I am really satisfied with their services and would highly recommend going to these folks for any phone related problem.
The phone covers are very economic as well.

Very great service, came by this morning with a piece of earphone jack stuck. They fix it for free of charge as nothing needs to be replaced. Staff are friendly, define toy recommenced this place to get your phone/tablets repair

Happytel Staffs at Melbourne central station were very helpful and able to assist me with a very quick turn around. They are also Very friendly.

Picked up a new case and tempered glass for the XS MAX, was able to fit a few of them on before deciding, loads in range. The lady applied the tempered glass on the spot and did a god damned better job than I will ever do. So if you struggle to apply screen protectors, I highly recommend visiting this shop.

I came to Happytel to get my glass screen protector replaced and also to get a couple of new phone cases. I was served by Bryan, who was incredibly helpful and kind and made my experience really positive. I will be coming back for all of my phone needs! Thank you Bryan!
