I accidentally dropped my phone in the walkway near Hapoytel - a piece had fallen off the camera lens so I took it to the kiosk and they fixed it immediately, completely free of charge! I’ll definitely take my phone there for repairs, screens, etc.

Was told to keep my receipt as my screen protector would be covered under a 2 year warranty - 2 days later is cracked on the edge from basically nothing at all but general use, I return for them to say they won’t honour their warranty…2 day product! Customer service was disgusting and she even DROPPED MY BRAND NEW ELECTRONIC ON THE GROUND, causing stratches and wouldn’t replace the item I paid $80 for…better service elsewhere, don’t wasted your time.

Friendly helpful staff service was immeadiate.

Don't come here for a phone screen or service. I bought a protective screen after asking for a strong one, the staff placed the screen. Not even one month later the whole screen had lifted, even my cheap one prior lasted over a year! When I went back to the store for help I was told I should've purchased the extra warranty or whatever for the screen to be replaced for free - to which I responded I was never offered such a thing and the staff member just said oh well I can't help you then and wanted to me to buy another screen. Definitely going elsewhere, waste of time and money!

Great service, lived up to their warranty promise no questions asked wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a fuzzy speaker and was told at another place I needed to replace the loudspeaker for $140. The kind lady at Happytel offered to clean my speaker and if that didn’t work we could discuss other options later. I thought the cleaning service would be around $30 so I was pleasantly surprised that the service was free this time - I am sure to come again if any other problems arise, thanks again!

Replaced the screen protector on my iphone and they promised a replacement within 2 years if something happens…. Went back nearly after 1 year to get the “FREE” replacement as there was a crack on screen protector.staff told me to wait…. Went there at 1645 and waited nearly 10 mins…. Then the staff came back and told me to come back the next day as it was nearly closing time! Great customer service…

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.
It developed a problem where the charge cord would not clip in any more, and kept falling out.
I had been to Telstra and they told me there was nothing they could do. It was broken. I had to buy a new phone.
I came to these guys and they happily had a look at it for me. 5 minutes later it was fixed and has never had the problem again.

Really odd. I took my phone here to get a new screen Protector, which the girl said they had and it would be 20mins. She told me to go do something else instead of waiting, so I did, then I came back after the time she told me and another woman said 'oh the other girl said we are out of stock for your phone. ' made no sense given they had also told me that they do them in a machine to fit all phones. Also very rude she didn't check first before making me go off to basically kill time when I may as well have just gone home. I don't care how busy you are. Just have some common sense.

Wonderful people and great customer service. Phone was fixed on the spot. I will happily travel from Lara to Waurn Ponds to use them again.

Brilliant service, staffs there know phones well, provided me heaps of suggestions. I bought a otherbox, the price there is the lowest I can find so far.
