I needed a new screen on an old iPhone so I could backup and transfer data to my new iPhone. The young gentleman running the store gave me a 25% discount after giving me a price I was already happy with. He didn’t have to do this but did. I highly recommend, it’s nice to see such strong values and such a personal approach.

Kate was very helpful. I had bought a new glass screen protector for a new phone but I wasn’t sure how to put it on. Kate did an amazing job and there were no marks. I am so grateful for her help. Thank you

I purchased a screen protector for my new phone at a cost of $49. That included a replacement protector in the first 12 months if anything was to go wrong. The protector started to peel off so I went back and had it replaced on the 31/12/20. I am having the same problem with this one 7 weeks after being put on. I took my phone back to the store today and they didn’t want to know me then told me that it has happened because of how the phone is being treated. I have never heard of so much rubbish. Buyers beware they use inferior products obviously. As for customer service they have none. They tried to sell me another one for $49. Shame on you!

I came to this store and spoke to a friendly lady, think her name was Nicole, about my broken iPhone 8 and was quoted that I could get it done and picked it up within that day, rather than having it sent away. Very delighted with customer's services and affordable price

My recent experience with a few friends at Happytel Bayside was a very pleasant one. My iPhone 7Plus had been turned on and off by itself and the battery could not be charged. I've been to a few other repair shops both in Carrum Downs and Frankston prior meeting with Deborah in Happytel Bayside. I’ve been told the iPhone will need to send to iPhone factory repair which may take more than 2 weeks or with a price I did not accept. Deborah listened to my problems and concerns very carefully then did a quick test. She then advised me it appears the battery is causing the problems and the solution would be changing a new battery. Deborah’s advice and solution was genuine and her offer was affordable. I changed a new battery, also ended up changing my phone screen, phone case and purchased some other products. One of friends had also changed his phone screen and phone case. Deborah surely know what she’s doing! With reasonable price, excellent skills and friendly services, Happytel Bayside is definitely my first choice to go from now on.

Went in thinking my charger port was broken having tried a new cable from a servo. Was looking at a $250 fix since the back panel glass was also cracked and would need to be replaced with it.

On a whim the lady there tried her charger cable and it worked, she gave the pins a clean and I walked out with a new cable and wireless charger for a bit over $70.

That level of honesty saved me $180. I know where I'm going next time I need my phone fixed.

The picture quality is dull and horrible. Strongly dislike the job they’ve done. I do not recommend this store
