Had our wedding here and boy do we feel lucky we did. The family and crew running the business are so wholesome. We could really feel like they cared about making our special day a wonderful occasion and shared in our joy in making it happen.

Food, decoration, service and communication were all exceptional. They made everything so easy I feel incredibly lucky in how smoothly everything went. They even helped us hire a jumping castle for the kids. We pretty much got the wedding we didn't know we wanted.

It is truly the "happy" reception. Would recommended to all my family, friends and any couples looking to tie the knot.

This restaurant is very loud and can not be heard, the wedding guests can not talk to each other

Good honest family business with Dad in the kitchen, and Son in the office. Good value for money, but the building architecture is very basic. Which architect place the toilet next to the stage, so everyone can see you when you need to be discreet?

Great venue, we had our wedding here and David and his crew were absolutely wonderful. David went above and beyond to ensure that our event ran smoothly. He also accomodated to all our requests!

I've been here a few times before - the first time would be when I was still a young child. It seems to be the default place for locals wishing to have a small or budget wedding. The venue is not just for that. I recall attending other types of special events here; the last time was here was quite recently for my neice's 3rd birthday. Her parents decided to have a big event since it was her first birthday out of lockdown. There was a bouncing castle, ball pit and play equipment hired from third party services. The venue, however, do offer waiting staff, catering and bar services if required.
Outside, when you enter through the gated driveway is the parking lane, situated to the side of the building.

Reception venue located across the road from the railway tracks, in an industrial/factory area.
The venue itself is elegant and well maintained, with onsite parking, which is necessary as the main road it's located on is very heavy traffic with a lot of large trucks.
It can seat 300 or so people with a large dance floor and raised stage/bridal table area.
Staff are friendly and were happy to assist with any issues.
I was there at a BYO food, self catered event, so can't comment on the quality of food or waiter service.

My friend Sherly’s wedding reception was held here. Great service received from Ming the bartender and David the manager. Staff are professional, well organized, helpful and friendly. Reception is spacious and modern. Will be doing my next event here. Highly recommended!:)

Attended a friend's wedding here; great venue, friendly staff, nice dance floor and ample parking!

Hosted my son’s 2nd Birthday here and it looks amazing, very elegant, spacious and grand, the food was delicious, and the service was above and beyond, very friendly and treated us like family and catered to our every request whether its extra seats required or extra dishes or usage of equipment, every request was met with a smile. Also has an ample amount of parking spaces for guests which is one of the key element of a thoughtful venue. Highly recommended.

We were so happy with the reception. The owners were so nice and easy to deal with throughout the whole preparation. The food was delicious. We were able to BYO and have an open bar without the big price tag. We loved the big LED screen where we had photos from our Ceremony showing. Everyone had so much fun. I would come back here again for sure!

The reception was great. The team was very understanding and accommodating. We had an amazing night and everything went very smoothly. We are glad that we chose Happy Receptions for our wedding.

Gorgeous function facility! Ability to cater for hundreds of people in the reception hall. Good quality food and premium quality service from staff. Great range of pre-dinner drinks at the bar. Very elegant ballroom and dance floor, versatile so it can be styled to suit many different themes or tastes.

Love it David and Frank are the best.friendly, flexible and great they're there to help with anything you needs.

So glad that we booked Happy Reception for our wedding reception. David and Frank were amazing from day 1. They went the extra mile to make sure our wedding was near perfect. Little things like allowing us to borrow equipment for the morning tea ceremony so we don't have to worry about hiring them. Or allowing us to decorate the place the day before. More importantly guests could not stop saying how amazing the food was.
