Amazing employees and the owner is so nice and hardworking. I definitely recommend this place as it’s close by to food and drink places as well as how fast the service is. Beautiful girls and amazing work, I’m so happy. Merry Christmas everyone!

I had nails done elsewhere in the past and this never happened before.
There was another client came just after I sat down and asked them to do mine quicker, so I think it’s because they were rushing.
The first pic is from few hours after the appointment but was already too far away to come back and get it fixed.
The second pic is a week after (different finger), all nails have cracks now.

Such a great nail salon for service and cleanliness! It was my 1st time visiting as I was in the area and am so glad I got my nails done here. I love supporting fellow Vietnamese business owners and it makes me even happier when they’re sociable. I got a manicure and SNS on my natural nails. Chi Ngoc did my nails and she did an incredible job. Attached is a picture of my nails after 1 week. The SNS hasn’t lifted and it looks like it’ll last me a good week or two. P. S. They play great Spotify music! 10/10

Such a cute little nail salon in SY. I have been coming here for 2-3 years. The customer service is great and I’m always happy with the finished look. Highly recommend!

Once again, Happy nails never disappoint me at all. Been coming here for almost 4 years. This is the only place I get my nails done even though I live outside of the city area. Drove 40 mins to get a lavish nails that makes you happy why not? This time I did a simple Spring Vibes and I really love it! Very cute pastel colours. Price is reasonable for removal and freshly done SNS. A lot of places have increased their price dramatically after the pandemic. I will definitely see you guys again!

Tiffany is the best! Unlike most other nail places she really took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't rush me at all. She did an amazing job and she kept making sure I was happy with the work.
I was very impressed by how reasonable the price was!
I fully recommend Happy Nails South Yarra and I will definitely go back and ask for Tiffany again:)

This is NOT the happy nail. I was so unhappy I literally left. The pedicure was nice but quite rushed and then I wanted to redo my sns.first the last was not very friendly and customer service was shocking and her energy was so off and she was not being helpful just stressing me out so I just decided to take off my nails and get out of there. Never going back! Update: as if it could be worse the pedicure I got.now the nail is ingrown and that never happens! Omg

I don’t really remember the name of the technician who did my nails. But I was really happy how they came out at the end. Amazing work done by her. Highly recommend.

I was late to my booking but that didn't stop Tiffany from doing an excellent job! She was fast, thorough and efficient and best of all she was professional despite me being so late. Thank you Tiffany!

I wish a little more effort was put into my SNS manicure - my cuticles weren’t tidied up (see pictures), no lotion was applied, and it all felt a little rushed. The overall result is fine, but at the very end I noticed my nails look a bit “bulky” and thick. For $50 I expected a better service, as there are many other salons all over Richmond that offer the same service for the same/similar price and are a bit more thorough. I asked about some rough edges and if she could fix them, but she said it would come off (?) I don’t think she understood what I was asking. Will have to fix when I get home.

Decided to try this salon out as I have walked passed it so many times and absolutely LOVED my experience. Mia did an amazing job giving me a very detailed manicure and pedicure. She didn't rush and really took her time to give me a quality experience. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend

It was my first time that the nail salon's owner made my finger BLEED! Super painful and disappointed with their service. Not treat customer seriously, never come back again!

Very slow service, booked several times with appointment and still had to wait even through my session they stopped to serve other customers.
Got charged different amounts for the same service.
