Had an amazing experience at Happy Mobile.fixed the clogged charging port of my OnePlus 6T at a very fair price.

Two other stores I took it to were unable to clean it. I was quoted well over $100 to get the charging port repaired.

But the owner here did it in 5mins and was a super friendly guy too. The store has been here for a long time and he really knows his phones.

Amazing service. Totally upfront about how much my phone would cost to fix and how effective that fix would be. I went to two other places who had no idea and vaguely estimated a two week fix without checking what the problem actually was. This guy knows Sony phones! Highly recommend.

I had a battery replaced here, the price wasn't bad but the glue keeps coming off my phone, I had a additional charging issue took it back and asked him to have a look, he was very upset keep blaming the charging port after just standing there and waiting for him to actually look at the phone (after multiple times the owner trying to get me to order a new charging port) he eventually pulled the back off and removed the battery to find out there was a ribbon that was twisted which was put back into place my phone started charging again.

He didn't glue the back on at all and was told that if I had another issue not to come back, doesn't want to service it.when I got home the Sim card wasn't reading anymore and the pain of having to go back to get the back reglued and to tell him the the sim card isn't reading wasn't worth putting myself back through the pain of dealing with him.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all I should of listen to the reviews before going there, my advice stay away it seems like his business is "there will always be New first time customer" but very little repeated customer and I won't be one of them.

Nice chap here has repaired a few different phones for us over the years. Great workmanship, affordable and fast service. I came to leave a review because his business has struggled during the Melbourne lockdowns, and honestly I am frankly disappointed to see that many of the negative reviews here comment on his accent or hearing abilities. I have had no issues with the repairs he has done for me. He has been in this spot for 25 years repairing every phone imaginable, from old brick phones to the newest iPhones. Support local business, don't let COVID change our city.

Excellent and speedy service. Dropped off my iPhone 7 for repair after the display stopped responding. Issue was quickly diagnosed and my phone was given a new LCD all in the space of 20 minutes. The total cost was 3 times less than what was quoted at the Apple store! The technician is incredibly knowledgeable and has had over 24 years of experience, would definitely recommend.

Great place, worked for a week on my phone and it was still broken, he then offered me a refund and just charged me for service. Definitely recommend, better than the previous reviews I read

Fast work but poor quality screen. He had to do it twice to get a screen that worked at first sight. Now I have regular bugs on my screen when I use it (screen that shifts by itself, click somewhere other than the selected one,)

He did a good job fixing my phone at a decent price. He isn't the most talkative chap but he gets the job done. Thanks

Changed my Samsung galaxy S6 edge charging point in 30mins for $75, while others were asking for $99 to $130! Great job!

Rude guy who worked there who had his earphones in because he apparently couldn't hear and very disorganised looking shop. Looks like they're packing up to leave for another location.

The gentleman fixed my iPad and iPhone. I was able to have both done the same day. No complaints from me in regards to workmanship or price.

I read all the ycomments, I got scare and I went for my HTC m9 before time.
The guy is inpolite and was difficult for me to understand him.he has a strong accent.but he changed the battery of my phone. He did the job, a difficult one.
Also a cap was broken

After a long search for somewhere to repair the screen on my Oppo i finally came across Happy mobile.i left the phone with them during my lunch break and was able to pick it up that afternoon. Very fair price. Great stuff

I have repaired 2 iPhones here in the last couple years and had a good experience both times. Great prices for quick 20min turnaround, leaving my phones looking brand new with no issues. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fuss-free, fast and fair prices

Horrible horrible place. Avoid at all costs. This place is a scam. Took my phone in for screen repair and replaced it and immediately was not right. Was not responsive and would text without touching the screen. Then the screen cracked without being dropped. Based on all the other reviews i didn't need the drama of having an argument with the proprietor who has no care or seemingly suffers no consequences for his inferior work. Took it to a genuine repairer and he assured me that the screen was in fact a very cheap after market knock off job. Don't be swayed because it is cheap or fast. It's not worth it

I wanted to get the old original battery in my iPod changed because it was lasting less than two hours. Otherwise it was in good condition. It ended up broken while under service. They refused to claim any responsibility and told me it must have broken for other reasons. Was also very unhappy and rude when refunding service fee and refused to compensate me for broken item.

Got my Samsung done here in 20 min, $95. The guy was way too busy fixing phones to chat, but he did a great job on my phone. It looks like new and works perfectly. I'm very happy and will definitely recommend everyone I know. Thanks guys.

Paid $15 to get a protector put on by a rude man who left bubbles on the sides. Just buy a $2 from eBay.
