It is with great pleasure that I write this review of recommendation to Happy Living Home Care as to the excellent and outstanding service I have received from them since I started with the provider a few years ago. I have never dealt with such kind, caring, and compassionate support that they provided to me. They have many well-trained professional staff, especially case managers and their teams. I especially would like to make Happy Living Home Care aware of what an extraordinary my Case Manager, Olivia Li, is. She is extremely diligent, delicate and hardworking, and takes her job very seriously. She is always caring, kind, helpful and gentle towards me. I am happy with the way she treats me with respect and concern for my well-being. Olivia always keeps her promise to provide a solution base whenever I have any difficulty. She is very patient and listened to me at all times, even if I might not have been having a good day. She is a trained care manager who is responsive, flexible and professional service when I needed it most. I believe she is a good person who is trustworthy and dependable. I am really impressed by her high standard services provided to me.
I would certainly recommend her service in Happy Living Home Care to anyone in need quality care for themselves and for their loved ones. My mother is a client of Happy Living. I would advice people that consider of joining to do more research and think twice before using them to manage their home care package. The managers were not friendly and not efficient. They create troubles and hardships to the people that need care services.

My mother was using Happy Living as the service provider of the Home Care Package. The case manager who managed my mother’s affairs is Ms Chris Chan. She is efficient and kind. It’s a great pleasure having Chris assisting us in last year. Thank you! I would also like to express my thanks to Ebbie Toh here for her help.

We were looking for a provider who would work with us to self-manage a level 3 care package for my mother. Julia from Happy Living was very helpful and the signing up and early contact with the company has been very smooth.
Compared to other companies we had contact with during our investigation and comparison process of who to sign up with, Happy Living was very responsive and had much more organized staff and better communication.

Because I provide home care services, I know Happy Life through my clients. The case managers of Happy Life treat every client sincerely and win their recognition.
In particular, the managers centered on ABBIE manager have the enthusiasm, love, patience and perseverance of ABBIE manager to create a comfortable home care environment for every customer. I have several clients who happen to be clients of Manager ABBIE. I feel the customers enjoy it and praise the ABBIE manager.

Happy Living has taken good care of my dad's requests all the way until he went into permanent aged care. Ms Abbie Toh was a caring and responsible case manager, she gave numerous suggestions on how to improve my dad's life throughout our engagement, she even called over the weekend to check on my dad! Really appreciate the genuine care and attention given by Abbie and Happy Living.

What a breeze dealing with staff of Happy Living. They’re guided us with clear instructions what was needed from our end to activate my FIL’s CHSP. The case manager is very helpful and got to work straight away organising services to meet my FIL’s requirements. Most of all we found them convenient to deal with - emails are acknowledged and responded to in a timely manner and flexibility thru various mediums: email, WhatsApp, phone - too easy!
