Happy Hot Pot

I recently had an incredible dining experience at this hot pot place, thanks to the outstanding service provided by 14-year-old Bruce. With a stylish wolf cut and a friendly demeanour, Bruce exceeded all expectations for a server of his age.

Bruce's knowledge of the menu and hot pot process was impressive. He guided us through the options with enthusiasm, ensuring we made the best choices for a delightful meal. Despite his youth, Bruce displayed a level of professionalism and attentiveness that made our experience truly enjoyable.

His maturity and confidence in handling customer inquiries and managing the bustling atmosphere were commendable. It's evident that Bruce takes pride in his work, and his positive energy enhanced the overall ambience of the restaurant.

Kudos to the management for fostering young talents like Bruce. I highly recommend this hot pot place for a delicious meal and top-notch service, with Bruce making sure your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional!

The soup was nice. We tried the 2nd spiciest and its the one we like. The spicy level is just right. There are lots of ingredients to choose from, just be careful it could add up quickly. Athmosphere is a bit loud at lunchtime especially if you meet with some rowdy people that doesnt understand what queue means, otherwise its a nice little restaurant for a quick meal.

Nice cosy place. Uses fresh ingredients and meat not just frozen meat. Not as intense or oily flavour as some of the franchises! Reccommend

Not what I expected, hotpot dinner with no hotpot, taste was ok but the chicken and beef felt to raw when eating, doubt if l will eat there again

Me and husband decided to try this place out when we were in the area, there was a great selection of meat, veggies, seafood etc.
We both got the mild spicy soup, it was honestly so good he insisted we come back before he got on his flight.
Great value for what you put in your bowl.
The restaurant can get pretty crowded but staff had no problem finding us a table and it's a good sign that people love coming back!

Always had a nice meal at this restaurant. Plenty of ingredients selection. Be warn that you might go into food comma as I always selected more than what I need. I prefer the mild soup version and my parents like the chicken soup version.

I'm giving the food low stars as I believe this place has changed owners, You pick all your ingredients and then ask for their soup, the soup used to be really good under the previous owner (tall thin guy) but now the soup contains just way too much garlic (i'm garlic intolerant) It has stopped me going there which is such a shame. Why change it if it was so good? !

Great spot in Point Cook for mala hot pot! Good selection of ingredients to choose from and the broths are incredibly tasty. I was happily surprised by the taste of their plain chicken broth, definitely much better than the ones I have tried in Melbourne CBD! Highly recommend:)

Ordered through uber eats and it was. Absolutely amazing. We had the beef combo A i believe with the mild spicy broth. It was tasty and awesome portion sizes. Food arrived piping hot and the soup was loaded with alot of meat! Delish! Must try. Definitely will be back!

Went with some friends it's not your traditional hot pot joint it's almost a little like do it your self ramen.

Came here wirth my husband and son.
How it works, you get a bowl, add any of the selections of food you want cooked. There is a variety of meat, seafood, noodles and vegetables to choose from, pick your soup base, there were only 3 soup bases available and then take up to the counter for them to weigh and pay. What I can recall on my last visit, cost was $3 per 100g my husband's soup cost $40 to get full on, mine was $35 that I had just got full on and my son was $18. It was good to experience something different locally, but i think I would stick to a buffet hot pot.

Tasty food, good selection and good price. Definitely worth visiting for an afternoon cosy lunch:)

A great Hot Pot restaurant to visit in the outer western suburbs. Reasonable pricing at $3.50 per 100 grams. Spending $25 will fill up a very hungry person easily.
The food was delicious, I got noodles with a combination of seafood. The mild spicy soup had just the right amount of spice and flavour. There are a lot of options to choose from.
Customer service is also good, I saw the person working at the front counter explaining to first-timers on how Hot Pot works in a friendly manner.
Would highly recommend!

Quick n easy hotpot. Loves this place, but gets very busy at times. Owner is a nice person, and considerate.

The concept is Amazing so is the food! The best place you could go to in winter for a good soup

Came here for the first time tonight and it was fantastic! The owner/ manager took the time to explain how it all works and the idea behind the restaurant. Quality of the ingredients was amazing, all very fresh. Will definitely come back here!
