Wonderful service from Emily Young and her team to support my visa application for the global talent visa program. I had spoken to a few agents but Emily gave me the confidence and trust I couldn't find else where, which assured me that they were right one. Emily was also responsive in answering my questions even after the service ended. I can't recommend enough their service for this particular type of visa. If you have one shot, consider HTL!

Mihan is an excellent immigration attorney. He has everything I want to find in the person you are entrusting your future to.
* His attention to detail:
His writings and his work were practically free of errors, in my past experiences it was exactly the opposite and in my opinion I do not understand how someone with those hourly rates is allowed to have errors.

* His transparency and justice: I always speak very clearly in everything, in his fees and in the chances he had of succeeding in the case. In one of the visas that I worked with Mihan, after having paid, I believe, 15,000 dollars for everything and having done an important job, we could not apply due to circumstances that he warned from the beginning and his fees were only 1,000 dollars, a number that seemed super to me.fair, plus he was in a power situation where he could have taken advantage but didn't. I found a position my previous lawyer (I need to vent) made a mistake for which they denied me a visa and advised me to appeal (I do not charge anything to file the appeal) if he sent me a budget or anything, but when the notification of the appeal arrived, he gave me his budget when there was no time to look for another lawyer (because of a mistake she made).

* His way of structuring the case: when you read the documents prepared by Mihan you can see that he took time to write that he paid attention to details and how to cover each point in a way that it can not be misunderstood by your case officer.

* And for me the most important thing is that he cares about you as a client and as a person: I think that all of the above explains this point. But there are also many details of the deal that reaffirm it, I hope they have a case with him and find out.but among those details is that I call you personally the day your visa is approved.

I hardly ever take the time to write a review, I usually do it when something is really bad, but in this case I do it because it's really good.

I can tell you that Mihan is good, very good, and I can say it properly because since I arrived in Australia I have been through many lawyers and none of them come close to Mihan's quality.

I recommend it for sure. To close, I will tell you about the last anecdote happened with a friend who I recommended him.

This friend was lodging (with another lawyer) a covid visa (400) to gain time and after apply for a PR.for which I recommend Mihan.

For the Visa 400 they were waiting for the last day of the visa to apply and thus gain as much time as possible.

Mihan, who went to the PR lodge, told them from the beginning that he could take the case if there was time, but if it was urgent, unfortunately, he could not.

The fact was that 2 days before the current visa expired, the other lawyer was lodging the 400 visa when he noticed that the passport had expired and could not be loaded into the system.
He quickly went to Mihan and lodge the PR in a tremendous rush (2 days) and he apologize because he needed to carry an extra charge for the rush. And you know, the extra charge was practically symbolic, it was not practically nothing.
