I make sit-down arcade machines and get my glass tops from them. Always friendly and great finished product. Highly recommend

If I had of read the reviews on here there is no way I would have purchased my glass from this business. The 1-star ratings are all accurate. Close to the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I was initially told it would be completed and delivered within four days (ordered Monday morning - advised it would be delivered by that Friday 01/12/17). Just delivered at 5.00 p.m. Today (15/12/17). I could go on forever about the saga it took to get it here - suffice to say I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from these people ever again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from receptionist. Called to ask if they could suggest a solution to a shower water problem, I was offered no solution, talked over me and was extremely rude to the point of making me feel like an idiot. Not a great way to get business.

OMG so rude, I was told someone would be out at 8 am and 9.22 am I call up to find out what happened. Before I even spoke a rude woman in a harsh loud tone says the time frame is between 8 and 9. I tried to explain that was not the information I had been given and that regardless the person was still late by her standards but she wouldn't let me get a word in and no apology was given. She then accused me of yelling and being arrogant! To top it off a guy turns up and I turn him away as I understandably do not want to do business with them anymore and he also has attitude and tries to say there is a 4 hour time frame for him to turn up in! It was 8 am in the morning how can you be late on your first job and demand that it is your right to keep people waiting and then be rude on top of it? My time is important too and I deserve basic respect when I ask why a service does not turn up at the time they say they will. Instead of being spoken to like a dirt. Just disgusting. Just because you are a tradie does not mean your time is more important than everyone else's and that you are not accountable for your behavior. If there is a time frame tell the person when you make the booking. Your customers are your business and your job, learn to treat people with respect or you wont have either.

Disgraceful service I waited over 2 weeks for a standard panel & was told 3/4 days. I had to ring them 4 times, No explanation, no apology & the receptionist has no idea what day it is. They will never get my business again, pity for a name that used to be respected in the industry.
