It was a smooth and hassle-free transaction from the beginning to end. I submitted an enquiry on the website which was responded to immediately and we agreed on a quote. The person (Tim) that came around was on time, friendly and professional. No hassle at all and extremely happy with their service and would be using them again.

If someone requests a quote you should give a quote not an estimate, and if you do give an estimate you need to make that clear. Otherwise it is misleading.

Tim is an exceptional craftman. Very dedicated in providing the best outcome in his work. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with the work Handyman of Melbourne performed on my balcony.

I had a repair done as well as a small painting job. The work was done efficiently. It was later double checked before I was invoiced. The handyman, Tim, also made certain the area was cleaned after the work.

I intend to use them in the future.

We had booked through Cindy who deals with the business enquires. After a brief discussion about the repairs required we were able to lock in an install date and pass this on to the client.

The team carried out the work professionally and carefully. The client followed up with us to let us know they were happy with the work and wished that their contact information was provided so that they could use them for future jobs.

We would definitely use them again in the future.

Tim was able to remove the flat head pop rivet/s and supply required replacement flat head screws, plus remove window from frame and reinstall as required to replace pop rivet/s.
Tim also removed window wind-out to install our supplied replacement.
Tim was well equipped with required tools and materials on the day.
Tim was a skilled and knowledgeable handyman on the day.
Time was able get this job completed in the one site visit.
Tim adjusted the Invoice price for our supplied window wind-out, as it was originally quoted to be supplied - I did not even have to ask for this to occur.
I also required an edit to the Invoice address details and this was done upon request.
Based on my experience a very competent & reputable tradesperson.

I can not speak more highly of Tim and his company. He rebuilt a pergola that required a great deal of lateral thinking to enable us to retain a 20 year old grapevine. Far more complicated than building a new pergola from scratch. The work was above and beyond what I envisaged. Quality workmanship, attention to detail with an end result better than the original structure. Tim was very much about solutions not problems when undertaking our work including our other, less complex but fiddly required jobs. Would heartily recommend Tim for any work required.
