Love shopping at this store - always end up with more than I came in for because there are too many cute things!

Rip-off.
I bought 2 items.one doesn’t show the price but it turned out, it actually has the price tag inside of the items.
I paid 2 dollars more.
I will never go again.

My go to knickknack shop in Prahran. They got so many cute trinkets and unique gift ideas that my plan of a 10 minute shop turns to at least 30 minutes. Love their variety of greeting cards too!

Great selection of cards and great to grab a last minute thoughtful gift. Lose a star for huge markup on products.

Love this shop! One of my favourite local businesses in Prahran. They have shifted in the lockdowns to home delivery and I have just received a contactless puzzle delivery- couldn't be more grateful!

Such a lovely store. The staff there where so helpful. As a person who doesn't enjoy shopping all that much the staff at this shop made my experience really wonderful. Will be back for sure.

Great selection of high quality products for reasonable prices. Beautiful layout, and friendly staff. Get gifts, canfles, pop culture homewares and delicste notepads for every occasion. Mens, womens and childrens selection, for all stereotypes, but most of all for those who like things 'old school'.

This is somewhere you can find a good gift for everyone and anyone. Relaxed, friendly and funny staff who are happy to help out. I was trying to find a really specific card and their selection was incredible and a friendly girl at the counter helped me find the exact one among their huge card wall. Very good shop!

Genuinely SO impressed with the customer service - the staff here ALL have such a gorgeous, vibrant energy! The store itself offers so many incredible, hilarious and thoughtful products - literally your one stop gift shop! I've also never seen such a gigantic and perfect card wall - they literally have everything. I moved into an apartment down the road a few months ago and every time I walk past, I always quickly jump in and have a lil wander. Such a magical atmosphere.

What an amazing shop, best shop on Chapel Street. They always have something for all occasions, its my partner and I's go to store for gifts and cards. The ladies who work in the store are always fantastic help and lots of fun, always sending fam and friends in:)

Cool shop, terrible service, bought a card for a wedding. Total of 2 words spoken to me by the young man behind the counter, they were "bag" and "receipt". I'm assuming they were questions. The lady behind the counter seemed to be terribly unimpressed by having to serve a customer, when she eventually turned around she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. If I was the owner I would be sorting out the service quick smart. Plenty of other independent businesses on Chapel selling similar.

I live in the area and this has to be the best store for a quick gift and card. They always have something for every occasion and the amazing staff will even wrap it for you for free

Left work early to make it before closing at 5.30. Made it 7 min to and was greeted by a smiling lady waving she gave herself an early mark. Well you can wave my business good bye. I reckon, go to Officeworks around the corner, they're pretty helpful too.

What a delight! Lovely customer service, such a wide variety of products and just an all round great ambiance and energy in the store. I was able to buy gifts for young and old, male and female and was provided excellent advice from the shop assistants. A gem of a shop on Chapel Street and would come back again and again. Thank you!
