Hands On Myotherapy

I have been suffering from severe Bruxism for more than 30 years. I have seen numerous therapists/specialists/surgeons but in the end, it was here that I received the correct treatment. Thank you, Dee! For 5 years I was pain free but after having had Covid, the attacks came back. Again, thanks to Dee, after 4 sessions, I am “all good”.
One word: Superb!

Searched for a myotherapy massage and this place pops up. Am super happy with the results from Emily. She is super duper nice and bubbly. Same goes with the receptionists. Always with a smile.

Hadn’t been to hands on for many years. Used to see Ali, who was always fantastic at helping regain movement and reducing pain. Saw Emily this time round. I was very impressed. Found dramatic improvements in 24 hrs, after 2 weeks struggling to walk.
The only practise I can honestly say that I actually notice an improvement after the treatment. Rather than just, “that was nice.

Iv had a lot of issues with my back/ neck last 4 years, osteo, chiros and physio. Iv had 3 friends say Matt try myotherapy so I did.and wow! Absolutely amazed, I called around and found "hands on" were helpful and manage to get me in quick. I had Emily and she was absolutely amazing, she was very knowledgeable and very polite and professional. I highly highly recommend these guys and Myotherapy. Its amazing you can go to osteo/ chiro and all they do is talk for 15-20 mins, then work on your issue for 10-15 then get you back. I truly believe she's done what most people would do in 2-3 sessions, well at least my own experiences. Anyways give them ago and looking forward to my next appointment, iv had no pain today and done my exercises.

I arranged a visit for my mother and she was very happy about treatment she received. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Daleen's advises are amazing and based on her experience and knowledge not only as massage therapist but also as a personal trainer.

Great Remedial Massage went to see Daleen with a few issues no one has been able to sort out. After 45min of treatment walked out feeling good as new. Highly recommended

I have been seeing her for over a year on multiple occasions and have found her treatments to be thorough and has addressed the different ailments I have had. Working in a physical trade, I am constantly having to work through different injuries, back pain, knee and elbow difficulty and general wear & tear! She's great!
