The absolute loveliest, friendliest staff! I've been here about 5 times now for laser hair removal. I can say the results are amazing! My hairs growing back much slower now. The staff is also never sales-y like other skin clinics. So you just feel absolutely comfortable there. Would recommend, and I'd also try their other service. 5/5.

Fantastic salon. I started using their own branded products which worked great. Facial scrub, cleanser and spf moisturiser. Cleared up my skin in 5 days of use. I will definately be using their products again.

I just experienced the new HIFU 4D facelift at Hands On Laser. I have to be honest I was quite anxious about it especially after reading things online and this being my first time. I have tried laser in the past and I have to say HIFU 4 is nowhere near as painful.
The girls were amazing so professional and once the treatment was underway my anxiety vanished. I had my face and neck targeted. The ultrasound gave off a slight warmth to the skin and a tingle when the pulses penetrated. This was counteracted with a cooling gel applied before the treatment. Once the pulses were completed the area cooled my face looked refreshed.

When I left the salon I was able to go about my daily business. I am looking forward to see what the months ahead bring. As Sue informed me that the best results can been seen in 2-3 months time as the collagen production is stimulated. Lets compare the before and after!

Quality of machines are horrible. The Diode laser i searched is from Beijing; 'ausmed'! And treatment did not work.would not go back again. Staff described as dermal clinicians, when they are not; in addition, this is not advertised on the website.was a false discernment. Disappointed overall.

As the store is situated on a main road, frontage parking is very limited, but the Hungry Jacks car park across the road and Charlotte Street around the corner are better alternatives.
