Amazing burger, wow the Angus beef was to tasty and tender. The chips were seasoned, really yummy. Super friendly as well. Give it a try, you want be disappointed.

New management is making good food and is kind to their customers. Ignore old Low Star reviews.

Food was that bad i couldn't finish it. Burger was okay but The smell of the oil while it was in my car was making me feel sick. How often do you change your oil? That is definitely not food safe.

Food was bland, they forgot part of my order and what they say on the menu is different to what you get, if you want a burger just get maccas

Big fan of this place.went there with my best mates today. This place ticks all the boxes. Delicious menu, the blue heaven milkshake and chicken burger blew my mind. And my mate says the burger were great. Well done see you next week.

A plain and bland burger takeaway that could do with a bit of a TLC. I ordered the maple burger and beer battered chips today as a takeaway. The burger contents were ok but the bun fell apart so that I had a mess in my hands and no napkins provided. The chips were good but couldn't tell were the beer batter was or if it made any difference. Just ok.

Every time I order I get chilli sauce on my food. Even though it’s not on the menu for that dish. Then after they hand it to me, they clap there hands together whilst moving in opposite vertical directions.

Burgers that were meant to have brioche buns, hard as rocks
“Pulled chicken” - dry as the desert
Chips were well below average.
I feel like I’ve been cat fished.
Food star was a more satisfying dining experience

Been to high point, first time I have tried the burger from this place, ordered super classic which matches my expectation and taste, beef patty was super juicy up to mark, ordered with onion rings which I would say speciality of this place.
We enjoyed our hot meals with some drinks.
I highly recommended to everyone,

Food was amazing! We haven’t visited this place for almost one year because we moved suburbs, however, we came back today because we really liked it and found the place is still as great as it was before.

Terrible service, we were the only customers dining in and ordered loaded fries. Food took at least 20 mins to prepare and wasn’t even worth the wait. Undercooked fries and smaller portion than expected. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Got takeaway from here and put a pickup time. Burgers were huge but beef quality was below average and salty. Fries and onion rings were soggy and just warm and we picked up 5mins before the time I suggested. So they were prob sitting there far too long. Overall disappointing.

I wish I had read the recent reviews before ordering so I could have avoided disappointment. This used to be my go to hamburger place but I won’t be going back after last night’s failure. The patty was dry and spicy - what do you add to a hamburger patty to make it spicy? ! It was way too much that I couldn’t even finish eating. In what world do you want a spicy hamburger?

Ordered on UberEats, if I was in store I would have refused to pay. New owners, new menu. And the food is absolutely VILE. Ordered pulled pork fries, pulled chicken burger, onion rings and a hotdog. The pulled meats were horrific. Food I wouldn’t feed to a dog. The onion rings were covered in a very spicy seasoning and the burger came with ingredients not listed in the description.

My fiance and I had a maple bacon burger, ×2 cheese bacon fries and pulled pork fries.
The bacon in the burgers were purple in colour, buns were stayle, cheese was off, and my fiance and i were sick from food poisoning. He almost ended up in the hospital. The restaurant is dirty, and not acceptable.
My fiance called the restaurant and staff was rude he couldn't care less and hung on him.
Not happy and eat at own risk.

What a let down. They used to be so good. Ordered the Mario, hotdog bun was dry and hard to bite, way too much tomato sauce (kids had to wipe it off to pick it up) and onions were thrown onto it and stuck on the side of the box. No care taken with the assembly. Bacon and cheese chips were horrible. The bacon looked like it was steamed, no colour on them, cheese was watered down, very light and runny and the chips were soggy and pale in colour. No wonder their service is so fast, there’s no effort put in and quality is completely lost.

Decent size burger and very filling, to much meat and personally the bacon ruined it for me, the pickles very refreshing and sauce was nice

DELICIOUS BURGERS & FRIES. Handlebar is my go-to burger place. Perfect fresh burgers packed with fillings, and delicious crispy fries. I highly recommend these guys!

Nah, all the burgers have like and Indian spice flavour, that I just don’t like it in my burgers. The size is good but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Quality has dropped off so much. Both burgers I ordered had tasted wet, soggy and barely flavoursome with what I suspect to be old non fresh ingredients Staff member who took order doesnt seem like he wants to be there.
