Great product I bought interstate postage was on par came in a moderate time frame very happy will buy again

Please anyone thinking about buying paint here…. Don’t. I had been using hamr coatings for a while and they have a brilliant selection of paint colours at a very cheap Price. But it’s cheap paint. Even if you follow every guide they give you. The paint will flake or crack and sometimes peal. If you try dispute it being cheap paint… you painted it wrong. I went out to my local paint shop and got the same colouring I wanted (it was more expensive) but the quality is so much better. Don’t run round in circles just buy quality paint

Ah! That makes perfect sense, but it would be much better if your voice messaging system would say that or if there's something on the website about it that clearly states that. But I do appreciate the response!

So far, I've called 4 times over the course of 2 days to try and speak to somebody about a specific question I had that isn't stated on the website anywhere. Unfortunately, I think I'm more likely to get through to someone from Centrelink before anybody there is willing to try pick up the phone. Sadly, I've had to change my plans in paint/colour because I can't find the answer to my question for them.
I am giving this a 2 star review for now as the website is easy enough to order from, I suppose. We shall see if the paint can redeem the lack of desire to deal with customers.

Awesome experience today. Amazing customer service by the ladies in the office and the color match tech. Not to mention how precise he got my colour. The custom green that he created by eye was impeccable. Will definitely be using you guys in the future.

Poor customer service. I've phoned twice with what should be a simple question. (Can you mix Toyoto Peak White, code AA?). I can't be given an answer but been told it will be looked into. No return call. Go somewhere else.

Good place to buy anything related to auto repair paint. I went there to buy paint for a 1954 Austin A30. I brought in the dash panel and they match the colour perfectly. And the price was amazingly less than I expected.

I just love great service. Thanks for your speedy delivery and a great product guys. Will definitely be dealing with HAMR Coatings in the future. To easy.

Would choose 6 stars if it’s possible. Against the odds I attempted painting my car with no experience, in my garage and with a low end spray gun. The knowledge and support is second to none, helping and giving advice every step of the way. When things weren’t going right for me, they were right there to help get me back on track. They really did go over and above to ensure I had the best result possible, and for that I wouldn’t recommend any other store but HAMR Coatings! Real MVP in the industry.

Friendly and helpful staff only tried the epoxy primer so far and happy with it, it’s a good all round product would be good to see it come in white and black as well in the future
