Had one of the worst fish and chips ever, disgusting couldn’t eat anything don’t recommend this place everything tasty as old oil.

Great service and food very well priced compared to competitors in the area.

Burgers especially good

Was our go to place for fish n chips. Especially the old school burgers. Now its processed meat, chips soggy, more batter than fish. Quality has slipped significantly. Pity.

Genuinely the rudest staff i’ve come across in hospitality.they clearly do not want to have anything to do with the business.on the phone placing the order they were rude and in store when they finally did talk to me it was distasteful and abrasive.very unimpressed for mediocre food

In general the food is very good, fresh and well cooked. A little heavy on the batter for my preference but I have been coming here for years and I will continue to do so.

An old fashioned local fish and chip shop. All your favorites: reasonably price. Orders are always prepared quickly, so waiting is minimal.

Absolutely appalled. Missing 3 items from my delivery, when trying to speak with them about replacing it they just get angry at you for "Accusing" them of missing items? ? Excuse me? It's not an accusation when the item is clearly not here.

With so many better options nearby it's a wonder they stay in business.

Food is disgusting, potato cakes are tiny and chips are way to salty. Wait time is also way to long and the second time I went in there the guy wouldn’t take my order. Not going back there again.

Food is always good. However, we have noticed that the flake size is shrinking. Initially thought this had to do with Covid19 (supply and demand) but have realised this is a regular thing. Please bring back the bigger fish

Great fish and chips no complaints, good service maybe a bit more friendly but all in all very good would reccomend.

The fish was so dry i contemplated using it as a towel when i got out of the shower.couldn't eat it.was horrible.they didnt even give us a lemon wedge to use for the fish.

The shop looks dirty and run down. There is dust and cob webs all around the inside of the shop. The flake was small and mostly batter. The chips were yellow and dry. The potato cakes were ok. Last time in this shop today. The only positive was the order was on time.

Chips were slightly undercooked and the smallest piece of fish I've ever seen. The dim sims were way overcooked.
I think it's time to find a new fish and chip shop.

Missing items from order. Terrible customer service from the young girl on the phone. Was told they were open later than usual and too busy to rectify as they were cleaning up. Was a regular customer but no longer! Food was cold. I’ve never left a bad review apart from this one, but it needed to be said. Needs new management for sure!

The best fish and chip shop in the Niddrie/Essendon area. The chips are always well cooked, fresh and crispy and the fish and seafood is always fresh and delicious. Wait time is much shorter than other shops in the area too. Very friendly family that run it.

Order arrived missing super burger and fresh calamari. Called up and young lady did not care. Wish I had of read some of the reviews first. Hangry!
