Hampton Park Women's Health Clinic

I attended the clinic on the 09/01/2023 and have nothing but amazing things to say.
Every single staff member i encountered made me feel incredibly supported, comfortable and well cared for. The process to book my appointment was simple and easy. The wait time i was nervous about reading past reviews was almost non existent, they were well organised and timely without making me feel pressured or rushed.
My support person was allowed in with me for as long as was possible, though we were informed ahead of time if it got too busy inside they would not be allowed to wait with me, luckily this was not the case.
I can not recommend this clinic and their staff highly enough.

I Definitely would recommend this clinic to any woman that needs help or any women's procedure done.:)

This place is amazing. My consulting nurse was Ellie and she was just beautiful, she spoke so kindly and softly and just made the whole experience comfortable. She was just such a beautiful person and I felt like my anxiety about the procedure just left my body after working with her. The rest of the staff were so lovely and they just have a really great medical centre for woman and I will be back there if I ever need another procedure.fingers crossed that I do not hahah.

Hampton Park Womens Clinic was really good to me. I had booked a colposcopy under sedation with them after nearly every other hospital/clinic in Melbourne refused sedation or quoted $2000+. I informed them that I was a very anxious patient with history of trauma and they did their best to make me feel comfortable- this included answering my (many) emails in a timely fashion, changing my appointment to a female Dr, the receptionist asking me how she could help as soon as I arrived, and a nurse taking me into a private room to inform me they were running late and asking if I was ok with this. While they did run quite late, this is standard across all medical practices currently! When it was time for the procedure everyone allowed me to take my time and did not make me feel rushed. The anaesthetist was good at giving me control (choosing vein placement, putting the oxygen mask on myself etc.), and both him and Ellie (the theatre nurse) talked to me as I was sedated to help me stay calm. I never felt judged by anyone at Hampton Park Clinic or that I was an abnormality with my anxiety. I am very glad I went ahead with my procedure. Thanks guys!

From booking to arrival I was shown nothing but patients and compassion, I honestly felt like I was in safe hands.
Dr Thangarajah was amazing, she really gave you a time a day to ask anything, She has a very good bedside manner.
Weeks after I called the clinic to ask a few questions, I spoke to wonderful nurse named Rebecca, she was absolutely lovely! So informative, gave me such peace of mind.
I want to say thank you for your compassion.
Overall I’d highly recommend it.

You call this place professional I came in for a termination sadly and then they took me in I decided no next thing you know they did it and was to late not thinking in my best intrest regardless of being paid or what not I said no in the end and they did it anyway! Would not recommend ever! Yous should be shut down

Had an amazing experience with the insertion of a mirena IUD. Very kind and thorough staff and over the phone service. The procedure was done with anaesthetic and I felt comfortable the whole time I was there, such a warm environment. Thanks for everything?

Absolutely LOVLEY staff. I went in for a surgical termination and felt so comfortable and at ease the whole entire time. Was here for just over 4 hours but that is very standard. Everything ran super smoothly. Thank you to the staff at Hampton park womens clinic! My experience was great:)

Extremely poor managment.
Got an appointment at 10am today and advised to come without having breakfast and better if stop having any food or drink after the dinner.

Now its almost 4pm and patient is still in waiting area.
Whats going on. If cant handle why giving too many appointments.

They should call the patient 2-3 hours before the treatment not bloody 6 hours before the treatment with emty stomach since last night.

Extremely annoying.
Toddler baby crying the whole day!
Do your staff members have feelings about all these.its extremely sad.

Dear patient find another place if you need in future. Dont buy stressfull treatment with your money.

Most unprofessional clinic! On reaching the clinic on the day of the appointment was told that appointment would need to be rescheduled. And this was after the appointment was booked 2 weeks back. And the reason for the same they didn’t have my number! Wonder how they service their client with medical procedures when they can’t manage a simple appointment even.

And to read your reply, exactly ‘how’ did you try and reach me several times? When as per you, you didn’t have my number. Please don’t try and make a mockery of people’s intelligence

All the staff, reception, nurses and doctor were absolutely wonderful and caring. Yes the waits are the long but the care is outstanding.

Absolutely horrible clinic, treat clients with the up-most disrespect, manager of this place needs to be fired

"In my opinion, I was treated like a number and not a human being. Many errors were made and they showed no empathy for the way I was treated. If I were you, I would go elsewhere. "

I visited this centre today and very disappointed Dr was very rude and unprofessional. If you really care of your time please don’t visit this place Dr and nurse don’t care about you and your time. But the Receptionists are friendly.

I’m not sure where some of the negative reviews stem from, my experience was the opposite!
All the staff were very kind and attentive to your personal needs, the male anaesthetist and theatre nurse working that day were the kindest I have ever come across and both made me feel really comfortable.
I don’t mind waiting on arrival because it shows me the staff take their time with each patient instead of attempting to rush everyone in and out!
All the staff here do a great job, especially dealing with patients who are very emotional.
I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking to go here:)

If you value time, this place isn’t for you. Even though the services are fair, the organisation is the worst. They will keep you waiting for quite some time. Moreover, no one informed me about the COVID test requirement before arrival. Had to waste an hour on that. Honestly, not happy.

Worst place to go to, unprofessional staff in particular Sue. She was very rude and didn’t t show any respect at all and gives out false information. I left the clinic in tears because of her. She shouldn’t work any where especially these places which are sensitive to women.
