I approached Ryan about the design of a unique wedding band, and he couldn't have been more helpful. We worked on it together over email (from a different state) and he kept in touch every step of the process, sending photo mockups, specs and details. We received the band and it could not be more perfect. Ryan really goes above and beyond and is excellent at what he does.

Both himself and his wonderful team never made me feel pressured nor did they push me in a particular direction. Hammerton’s jewellers has always provided me with the perfect gift.buying things like an engagement ring is stressful for most blokes and Ryan put me at ease, taking the time and explaining the different grades of diamonds and even putting different stones under an eyepiece for me to look at, I had no idea that the precision cut diamonds produce a “hearts and arrows” pattern. Fitting I think, as a marriage, just like the diamond, is forever, and there are “hearts and arrows” in both)
Since then I have made several purchases with the confidence that what I am buying is “the real deal”, just like Ryan Hammerton is. I strongly encourage you to make Hammertons your jeweller; a business does not get to be a fifth generation jeweller by not knowing what’s what’s.

We cannot praise Ryan and his team enough. My partner went to Ryan, in hope to design my engagement ring. Something elegant and timeless. Ryan (with pure excitement) went all out. After three months of sourcing inspiration, creating several different designs, with many back and forth emails, together, they designed the ring of my dreams and sourced the perfect diamond to fit. Together, they created a masterpiece. Not only did Ryan make Ash's idea come to life, he created a lifelong memory, an experience, that will now be part of the story when people ask - how did he propose?

I absolutely cannot fault the customer service or quality of product from this jeweller. I returned to Hammertons for the purchase of my diamond eternity ring, having purchased our wedding rings from here several years earlier (It was the excellent customer service back then that encouraged us to return for this purchase). I now live 966 kms away from Hammertons, so all of my contact was via email and phone. Ryan and his teams customer service was exceptional, replies to emails very quick, and general sense of personal service was present. The ring is perfect and arrived via secure parcel service extremely quickly. My only regret is that I wasn't able to shop there in person. Thank you again Ryan and your team, we will be back to shop again I am sure.

Hassle free, quality service. I had to send the ring from country NSW and Hammertons made it really easy. I chose this jewellers as they are listed as diamond specialists and they did not disappoint. Great communication with staff and the jeweller. The cost was established up front and was very reasonable given I had received much higher quotes from less specialised jewellers. I give Hammertons an A+ for service and outcome.

Purchased an engagement ring and Ryan was fantastic from start to finish throughout the whole process. I first walked in with no clue what I was looking at or where to start but as soon as Ryan begun to help everything fell into place nicely and it all was stress free. By being so thorough during the design process I was able to end up with the perfect ring that my now fiancée and I are both absolutely pleased with. Even at the end of the process when the final sale was done he continued to offer advice and help to ensure the proposal faced no hiccups in any way from the sale til the time of the big question.
I highly recommend keeping it local with Ryan as the service is beyond exceptional and the products are also great value.
