Hamilton Townhouse Motel

We very rarely go away, well, we never go away, and this was such a treat!
Sebastian greeted us and was just a beautiful soul, then to meet their gorgeous cat (sorry I didn’t catch her name), instantly made me feel like we chose the right place to stay (hello, crazy cat lady here!).
We stayed in the spa room.
The room was spotlessly clean, the fridge was stocked with goodies and the bathroom had the most lovely shampoo/ conditioner and shower gel, and the bath salts were divine!

Great little place, great friendly staff always good services, walking distance from centre

This is a fantastic small hotel! Less than 25 minutes drive to the Grampians and probably half the price of nearby Dunkeld. The room was cosy and well-equipped, and while I cannot speak about other rooms I can definitely say that room 7 was very quiet and relaxing to stay in. Decent bed, decent heating, decent shower. I feel like these rooms have been tried and tested by the owners because they have been well thought out. One of the cleanest motels I've ever stayed in. Great, quiet location.
Our room was cozy, comfortable and very well appointed. I really appreciated the make up removal face washer too.
Wish we could've stayed longer!

I love this little motel and stay at every chance I get. The rooms are beautifully appointed, very spacious as is the bathroom and toilet. Yes it is a little older, but you are hard pressed to find fault. What I love best is how many things are provided to make your stay comfortable and there is nothing you need to wish for. Best thing of all is there mini-bar is actually affordable, unlike most so you don't mind having a few treats added to the bill. There is never anything I can fault and always look forward to my next stay here.

Have stayed here a few times, great location, quiet area, rooms extremely clean and fresh, beds are very comfortable, management friendly and polite, close to town centre (500 meters)

The location was straight forward and easy to find. The manager at the reception was friendly and asked if i was familiar with Hamilton and advised on place to get dinner/food/drinks. Recommended to anyone travelling through.

Very clean and tidy. Excellent communication from property owners. Bathroom was well appointed with a separate toilet. Car park was very small.

The room was very clean and the bed super comfy. Andrew the manager was friendly and welcoming, gave me much information about areas of interests and suggestions for dining options. Definitely a place to stay when we are back in hamilton.

Surprising gem of a country motel.
We stumbled upon this place by accident but were super impressed. Well maintained & fabulously appointed room. So quiet off the main drag and lovely touches including fresh milk, coffee machine and special bathroom accessories. Felt very welcome given it was a public holiday & most shops and restaurants were closed - host made many recommendations which we appreciated.

We stayed at the Hamilton Townhouse Motel on New Years Eve 2022 as an overnight stop returning to Melbourne. Our stay exceeded all of our expectations

First, our accommodation was spotlessly clean and contained everything we could wish for. I was surprised to find that there was a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules supplied, a microwave and a toaster. The more expensive hotels we stayed on during our road trip lacked these additions.
The bathroom was quite large and lots of hot water and with a separate toilet.
The location was excellent-although it was apparently full, it was super quiet!
The bedding was good.
Overall an excellent stay and a 5 star stay for a comfortable quiet and well equipped motel accommodation.
I would readily return.

The Motel is at a great location (just a few minutes walking distance to the central part of town).
The service is very friendly and my room was clean and comfortable.
There's (not very fast) free wi-fi available. If you wish to stream any shows/movies, they do offer Chromecast in each room, but I'd recommend you to have them already downloaded on your device/s.
Overall, I'm very happy with my stay at the Hamilton Townhouse Motel and would definitely consider them again for my next trip.

Andrew on Reception was extremely helpful in changing a booking. Small car park but easy safe street parking out the front. Bed comfortable - very easy walk downtown. Thanks

Great stop over. Well maintained and updated rooms. Staff were very friendly and offered lots of local information on things and places to go. Off the main drag, so nice and quiet. Easy walking distance to centre of shopping and cafés.
