Nicely renovated rooms, decent size and walking distance to town. Only downside is no outdoor seating

Centrally located and close to restaurants, hotels, and shopping centre. Motel rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Great facilities. Comfortable bed. Large TV. Delicious breakfast. Friendly, welcoming host.
We choose to stay here whenever we are in this area. Hamilton is an excellent place to stay if holidaying as you are central to Grampians, MtGambier, Portland, Port Fairy, and Warrnambool.

I have stayed here a few times. It is a standard hotel-motel. Facilities may be basic but it is very reasonable and comfortable. The rooms are clean and look like they have been refurbished in recently so they also look pretty new. Location wise it is a few minutes from the main street in Hamilton so very close to a few pubs, restaurants and cafes etc.

Exceptionally clean convenient right in town Central to everything. The owners were very accommodating. Recommend highly.

The room we had was amazing. There is honestly nothing I could fault about the room.

However, we had paid in full for the room when we booked in advance. So when we checked in the fella asked for a credit card which we didn't understand why he would need it?

We couldn't find the remote for the main TV so I went to the office and was met with a very unfriendly woman. She made her way to our room, let herself in and walked over to the desk where she pulled out the remote that was hidden underneath.

Apart from that, the motel was in a very convenient location to shops, eateries etc. We walked to most places.

I would definitely stay here again if we visit this area again

Would highly recommend this motel to stay at whilst you are in Hamilton. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the room has been updated beautifully. There was even extra pillows in the wardrobe and a fully stocked mini bar. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean and tidy room.queen bed couch, desk and small table along with mini kitchen facilities including fridge microwave and breakfast making amenities. Bathroom is lovely and updated. Excellent shower pressure and rev cycle air-conditioner. Large TV and free WiFi with good connection. Stayed overnight due to work trip and husband hospital vit which is very close. Central position and easy to find. Small walk to centre of town if wanted to walk. Easy car parking right out front of the room door. Little dated in looks of the room but very comfortable and all the trimmings are included. Mini bar, hair dryer, soap etc. I'd stay again.

I have booked accommodation for the Easter period and I understand that this is a busy time. My dad has been going through cancer treatment and has lately been having issues. I have requested to cancel the trip due to him bleeding. The hotel refused and said that is sad. It’s 2 rooms and a deposit of 370. I can understand sometimes if people give bogus reasons however it’s over 48 hours before the booking. Don’t stay here staff are rude and inconsiderate

Just made a booking, got the dates wrong, went to change within moments and won’t allow. Charged 100% of the booking. Never again. What a terrible experience.

Rude owners, very poky, loud TVs in close rooms, but at least clean. Stay if everything else is booked out. There are better hotels in Hamilton with nicer owners

Quiet, accommodating and family friendly. I stayed with my toddler, it was very convenient with shops and food close by. They also let me charge my electric vehicle. Great hotel.

We stayed a couple of nights and really enjoyed our time here. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Angela and Terry are very helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Good Hosts
Very clean and comfortable room with sofa, dining table & chair, fully renovated bathroom, kitchenette/pantry area is fully equipped.
Just next to Coles and main streets, but still very quiet. Sure will come back.
