Hamilton Golf Club

28/12/22 our golfing group went on a four day golfing trip from our homes in Adelaide. Played Nhill in the morning, then Horsham in the afternoon. Next was Hamilton in the morning and Warrnambool in the afternoon. Next day off to Port Fairy in the morning and Portland in the afternoon. Final day was Casterton in the morning and to finish off our trip we played Penola. A great trip playing some fantastic golf courses.
Hamilton golf course was in very good condition given that the course was closed a month ago due to flooding. Well done to everyone involved. This challenging 6004 metre course is located in a relaxing, peaceful environment with tree-lined couch fairways and well-bunkered greens We had an excellent golfing experience.

Great place for a leisurely game of golf and a good place to hire for functions. Staff easy to chat with

One of the best golf courses in the Western District. The whole experience over the last few days was a credit to all involved at the club. A White. Camperdown

Attended a wake here which was not the ideal reason to visit. The staff were helpful and friendly but as the afternoon went on they turned off the heaters and began shifting tables around us obviously trying to move us on so they could get an early set up for the next day. Disappointing as gatherings like this are usually when people and family need time to catch up and share memories it wasn't like we weren't spending money at the bar either they went very well stocked in some lines of spirits.
Building was a little bit tired but kept clean.

Beautiful place to walk and golf, awesome photo backdrop, well cared for.

The golf club is certainly better more like 4 and a half
