Hayden organised the replacement of the tired Kalora units at my place in Musk Vale. He helped to select the biggest units possible while re-using my existing firebox.
Hayden organised the best price and a smooth installation process from Paul. The old units removed, no damage or rubbish left behind.
All my follow up questions were answered with the utmost professionalism and respect.
Very happy with the Regency Berwick, they burn way less wood than the old Kalora unit (firebrick lining on rear, sides and roof make all the difference).

Hayden was great to deal with. He was prompt to visit to have a look at my open fireplace to determine what wood heater would fit. The opening required a bricklayer to remove some brickwork and make good with a new lintel. This was done quickly and professionally to enable installation of the new heater. Hayden arranged everything which made the whole process easy and stress free for me.
