I like to thank the customer service that Haisy got, Rima is a wonderful kind polite person, , even Mohammed the accountant I like to thank him for his time he always available when you need to speak to him, least not last I like to thank Amal and Omar is the big bosses, Omar is very king always available when we need to teach him, you feel he is the best leader that I have known, I like to thank everyone who work in Haisy they excellent team.

They have very friendly staff from addmin all the way to careers.
They listen to your problem and solve it as quick as they can.

Carers do not speak English, no notice for cancellations, never stay for time allocated. Constantly late, no phone calls to advise. Poor quality care. Tasks allocated, were not done.
