I’ve been unlucky with hair colour at different salons for the last 12 months, I’ve had 4 fiascos and after that I started dying my hair with natural colours but unfortunately they give me bright orange colour after 2 weeks.
So I read positive reviews about Hairhouse and decided to try my luck with Michelle, and boy, did she deliver! I mean she’s outstanding at her colour-art skills, she’s such soft touch, incredible knowledge and mainly she talked me through every stage and what it’ll achieve etc etc.she’s #1!
I seriously lost trust and hope but Michelle instilled it again in me and proved miracles can happen - THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart
Staff at the salon is amazing, atmosphere so delightful and friendly - where have I been for the last years?
Anyway, highly highly recommending this hair salon - absolute gold!

I had the Cut & Style with JJ and Ella. Ella did a treatment for me too and my hair came out feeling amazing. They were both super lovely, gentle and professional. Great service:)

I went in looking for a new brush, didn’t have a very big range at all, no one approached me to assist in anyway so I walked out.

My partner got her helix done by Jess yesterday and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Two weeks before that my daughter got a second piercing on both ears and she took it like a Champ! Very clean and professional. They were well looked after. Thanks you Jess

Had an amazing experience today! My partner needed hair colour items and advice and I bought some new products for my hair and the ladies who served us were exceptional. The girl with the curled short black hair helped us out and helped put together the right hair pack for myself and gave amazing customer service. 1000% recommend coming here for the service alone

Got pierced by Beth this morning and omg cannot recommend her enough she was amazing to deal with and talk to so welcoming will definitely be coming back for more piercings. Staff were amazing lovely place (holly is also great at the desk to)

My mum came in to get her usual touch up that she has gotten many times, but this time it was done by JJ (never done from her before). She was very lovely, we told her to do exactly as written on her record. But unfortunately for some reason she completely ruined the streaks. I don't know why when the hairdressers note down the colour mixture, it should not have been any different. Her usual streaks have a golden brownish colour to them, but this time they were white. When we told her this doesn't look right she straight away said dismissively this is only 2 shades lighter than the roots, without any effort to try and fix our concern. My mum was very upset and disappointed after spending a lot of money and not being satisfied at all with the results. This is the first time she has gotten a result like this as we always love hairhouse knox.

Dealt with a lovely lady today called Nikki. Very knowledgeable on products as to what we needed and complimentary of our home bleach job. Thanks to Nikki's help l have a fabulous colour that I couldn't be happier with.

I had my hair cut by Ash, I had so many compliments on my hair. She did an absolutely beautiful job. Highly recommend!

I was charged $350 for a hair colour (Pink). Then one week later, all the colour is gone. So disappointed with your service. If someone wants to waste money, this is perfect to it.

Kay gave me a great cut and a great experience, really brought a smile to my face on a hard day.
