Love my hair so much! I had the lovely Laura do my hair and she was absolutely excellent! She was super clean and productive.

Kim is by far the BEST hairdresser I have ever had! She is so committed to giving her clients the perfect colour! She has gone above and beyond for me, spending hours mixing colours, doing samples and even buying more of my discontinued colour from QLD for future appointments! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hairdresser!

I just had an appointment here and had to come home and write this review ASAP! Laura just did the most incredible colour transformation on my hair! I got her to colour correct my faded green hair, add a full head of highlights, blend my roots and a hair cut and she did AMAZING! Exactly what I wanted! Real talent and skill from Laura, I literally couldn't be happier with it. I was nervous because I hadn't been to a salon in over a decade and I am so glad I came here because she absolutely nailed it!

I got my extensions installed in by Kim, the most amazing, kindhearted girl ever! I loved her energy and I felt so comfortable while she was doing my hair, she made my hair look so nice! 10/10 would be going there again to my hair from now! X

Always have issues when I come here. They are usually pretty minor but still annoying, but this recent one has made me not want to go back to this store. I was trying to return unused products which I had left in the bag when i took it to the hair dresser along with the products she actually used in my hair. This caused there to be a tiny amount of “damage” that was either easy to remove without a trace or it was so small that you’d really have to be searching for it in order to notice it, but I hadn’t taken note of it as I hadn’t taken the products out of the bag at all since buying them. I brought them to the store as they were and the worker thought they’d been used, I explained I hadn’t even opened them and she said she couldn’t accept them because of the “damage”. I removed the damage and tried returning them on a different day. When I tried doing that, they took one look at the receipt and said they can’t accept returns after 7 days. This would have been great to know in the first place? Also why not 30 days like other stores? It’s not like the products expire so I don’t understand why this is a rule.

My God the shop assistant was so helpful and was able to give all the instructions of how to use the products I bought good job girls

Life saver!

I had a foliage done from another salon, which I was really disappointed about as it turned orange/yellow few days after.

I asked the staff member about an advice on the toners and she went through the colour chart to get rid of my orange hair. As a result I was able to get the perfect toner for my hair instead of having to pay so much for the toner to get it done at a salon.

I contacted Hairhouse Warehouse to request a manic panic hair product along with colour Royale products. I advised the staff member I would pick the products up at 5: 15pm if they were happy to hold them for me. The staff member agreed to hold the items for me. The staff member obtained my name and phone number. I arrived at 5: 10, to find the store was closed. I contacted the store and there was no answer. The store closes at 5: 30, and the staff were aware I was arriving. I am deeply disappointed as I had to travel to chadstone to buy my hair products by 6pm. This was a mega inconvenience and would not rely on hairhouse warehouse forest hill in the future

WOW! After years of searching I finally found my hair guru! I was searching the web and by accident or actually luck, I found Kayla and I met with her a few months ago and she wouldn’t cut my hair until it grew out. My past hair cuts were always the same.no style or flair but a trim on the bottom and angled on the sides and huge gaps where they tried to take out the bulk by thinning. Anyone with curly hair understands you have to treat it differently than those with straight hair.

After 2 months of having my hair grow out, I finally met with Kayla and she asked how I wanted it cut. Thinking good or bad I needed a decent haircut so I shut my eyes and said she was in charge. Kayla cut my hair with precision and an attitude that everyone that leaves her chair represents her brand. She has a lot of pride and attention to detail with every cut and in the end it was the best hair cut I’ve ever had in my life! You bet I’m a customer for life and now that I’m familiar with her work I’ll be back for hair colour and highlights. Can’t wait!

If you’re looking for “the one” give Kayla a try. She will listen to you but also listen to her. She does know what she’s doing and is the one I was looking for. ” I also love the recommendation of haircare my hair is exactly what i wanted! Thank you Kayla x

Good service but missed out on 5 stars because the sales assistant could not remember a phone conversation which had taken place 5 mins before we arrived to the store.

Payed $60 for a hair cut. The lady styled it completely different to the photo I showed her of what I wanted but assured me I could style it like that when I got home. I got home and straightened my hair and that’s when I saw how she had actually cut it. One side looks alright although not what I asked for and the other side is choppy and very uneven and it’s very noticeable and it’s so uneven it can’t be fixed without chopping off inches more of my hair. Looks like it was done by a kindergartener. Definitely not worth $60.

My first time visiting the store and I had a friendly and helpful experience. I am so excited to try my new hair products! Thank you to Areeba and the two other helpful staff members for listening to my hair questions, offering solutions and even showing vegan, organic and regular versions for each product I was after. They’ve clearly hired a great team who care about customer service and great product knowledge.
