The WORSE beauty salon i’ve ever been to.so unprofessional, so rude and disrespectful.they dyed my hair orange and didn’t offer refund, and blamed my hair. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Needed a GHD asap as my one broke this morning. Came into Dandenong store and was served by Dijana who gave me 101% customer service and went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend this store for all your hair needs because you'll walk out feeling a good vibe. Thanks guys

Love booking in Steph for hair cuts and styling. Wouldn’t trust anyone else there with my hair, always come out disappointed otherwise.

Piercers Maddy & Ruby were lovely piercing my 6yo’s ears & very reassuring for her, interacting with her and making her feel comfortable. Maddy has also pierced my older daughters ears & will be doing a nose piercing for us Tuesday highly recommend x

Took my niece in for a belly piercing, ruby was amazing, friendly professional. It was her first piercing so my niece was nervous, ruby kept her calm, happily go there agian Next time.

Totally recommend ruby for piercings she kept me so calm with those pre piercing gitters explaining everything so I understood, she even has a stress ball for those sweety hands if your anything like me lol. 10 out 10 recommendation. Thanks ruby

Never ever pierce nose or anything with this lady! She uses stupid method which is never explained what procedure she going to do. Now my nose has been infected and swollen! I use all the sprays she gave and still the same! Charged me $90 for her stupid method called surgical procedure! Pls don’t go there if u love ur nose

Don’t do piercing or hair here.she is not professional and the method she using is very painful and I got infected now. Overcharged me!

Overpriced place. Highly not recommended. FIY despite having the piercing done with them, they will charge you for the jewellery change.

Very well looked after from the moment I walked in. Very attentive, thorough and friendly team.

Janine was warm and welcoming and Steph was a great stylist. Redyed my roots, toned my hair, cut a blow wave all in 2.5 hours while juggling 2 other clients. Very nice atmosphere.

Omg.thank you so much Steph for my absolutely amazing new look. I met 3 wonderful women yesterday, Steph, a lady with purple hair & one with blue (apologies can't remember your names). The stylist with the blue hair was so respectful and caring when she spoke to her client. Young lady with the purple hair (sorry) was absolutely sweet. I would recommend these guys any day. Very bad services. Did a colour hair saying it will finish in 4 hours. But took us 7 hours and even it’s not good at all and Before they saying price will be $260 and then afterward charge us $350.

Had an amazing experience with cameron my piercing turned out beautiful and he was very knowledgeable.

Worst haircut I've had in my life. Paid $75 wash cut blowave, short on staff so it took over 3 hours, cut by the manager on duty. They also missed cutting a few strands here & there. Never again!

Steph did a killer job taking my hair from lockdown blues complete with mullet and yellow home bleached hair to this glamourous, perfectly grown in Bob.thank you for finally making me feel confident in my hair again.

Called up to make an appointment ask how much for a trim $25 ask for a trim and then cut he's hair real short instead and then charge $40 instead of the price that they quoted

We paid for my daughter to get her ears pierced which you pay in advance, when she was too afraid to go ahead they refused to give us our $55 refund.
