I had my hair done yesterday by Sophie. I got face framing highlights and Sophie was excellent. She listened to what I wanted and was gentle with my hair ensuring it didn’t snap off. She got me to the blonde that I wanted and I am very pleased with the results! I will definitely be back to see Sophie again at some point!

I always have the best experience in store with Emily. She is so lovely and professional and always helps me find the perfect products for my hair.

I recently had a fantastic keratin treatment from a home hairdresser that is not connected with this organisation and was told to use the correct products or the treatment would be ruined.
I went to the st kilda store and asked for product advice from the staff and they sold me products that ruined my treatment
I am now $300 out of pocket because of incompetence.

I'm appalled at how the lady working there treated my hair - not only was she unable to understand what I was after, even after showing her photos, the way she handled my hair was atrocious. Painful shampoo, aggressive brushing and blow drying of my freshly bleached hair.
The bleaching was also blotchy and uneven, and resulted in a very uneven fashion colour.
My hair is now really damaged from only one round of bleach, which is terrible as the bleach covered my entire length. She also didn't think to tone which ended in very yellow and orange tones. All of this for over $300.
I was fooled by some of the good reviews from previous customers but I understand this lady is fairly new to the business.
This shop is a good place for quality hair products but do not be fooled into thinking they can do a decent colour/bleaching job - they are clearly not colourists.

Came in today and was served by the store manager, Emily. She was fantastic and went above and beyond to assist me in all of my questions. The products she recommended are amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back in future

Got my hair done for the first time with Gina. Loved her work, could not fault a thing, she was attentive and professional. Did an awesome job with my hair including bleach, full colour, style cut and dry. Reasonable price and walked away with my favourite brand of shampoo to look after the new look! There was also another lovely girl working the front counter, she was also very knowledgeable and their a great duo! (Sorry, forgot her name)

Got my foils, haircut done by Gina and loved the results. Highly recommend her to do your hair and I am always warmly welcomed by the friendly Team when I walk to the Salon by Sandra and Saarb and the Piercer.

Went to see Gemma for a colour correction, root tint, highlights, cut and blow dry and I am so happy with the results. Gemma gave me a thorough consultation beforehand on what I wanted and spent 4 hours transforming my hair. The team were all extremely friendly and helpful, lovely place since recently coming under new management. Highly recommend!

DO NOT COME HERE! Honestly the rudest staff I have ever come across anywhere! Horrible customer service experience and no professionalism whatsoever in regards to knowledge of hair and colouring. I came in to get a consultation for a keratin treatment and the salon was empty and there was 3 workers stocking products so I waited about 10 minutes before the lady with the short black hair pretty sure the manager, finally decided to 'help' me. Her advice was lazy as always as this isn't the first time. I wanted a treatment but she told me in a rude manner that she didn't think I was sold on the treatment and to buy some products instead. I kept on telling her that I wanted it done I just needed her to check my hair to give me a quote but she wouldn't. Extremely lazy. It is your job that you're refusing to do? ! Then another time I wanted to dye my hair a lighter shade, and she straight out said no. Then she said that she would need to bleach it more than once and it will take time and ruin my hair which I was already aware of yet I still wanted the dye yet she refused to do her job.again. I see this as her just being lazy and because the task I was asking for might be too much for her so she just refuses to do it. If this is the case why not bring someone in who is happy to do their job. Not someone who clearly hates their job and refuses to do the services. Every time I call I also get a rude worker answering the phone EVERY TIME! It really doesn't take much to be nicer to people. Honestly something needs to change, good thing I know the owner of a couple of the salons!
