Honestly an amazing place, got my helix done. As soon as I walked in they immediately got me signing consent forms. The piercer and service people were absolutely lovely and my piercing looks so amazing, would highly recommend!

Irene was lovely, my click and collect was waiting having been processed very quickly. Thank you for great service as it was packed to death with annoying shoppers, who I know are so hard to deal with x. Maddy

The blonde-ish short hair mid 40’s lady at the counter asked me if I needed help, which I did, because I have know idea what hair oil is or does. Very rudely was like “you gotta be more specific! ” Ended up just buying the first one she showed me because I already knew she didn’t even want to be there or even want to help. Her attitude towards it all was bad and the experience was not at all pleasant. Will not be returning.

Had to ask for service, no prices on sale stock so I asked how much they were and was abruptly told that "its 50% off what ever they scanned up as" which was not at all helpful and then I asked if there was the shampoo to match and she scoffed and said no. Horrible customer service - the older lady working there with glasses and brown hair seemed like she absolutely should not be in a customer service job. I honestly wish I hadn't bought anything from her, she did not deserve the sale- go to a different Hair house and hope for better service.

My hairdresser Ken in Hairhouse Warehouse is the most wonderful hairdresser.he takes years off me.

Lady behind the counter in her mid 40’s with blonde hair, very rude! No customer service skills at all. All I did was ask a question, no smile and had an attitude. Shouldn’t be working behind the counter with an attitude like that!

While I was having a toner applied to my hair the guy who works there kept saying how good it was and that it will last ages. But it turned out the wrong colour! He then seemed to start blaming me and said it would come out in 2-3 washes! Needless to say I didn't pay full price and I wont be going back!

Had my hair colored about a month ago, did a reasonable job, staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Horrible work such a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here for any treatments. Such a terrible waste of money and time. Very disappointed.

Excellent service and always friendly. I have been going to Ken for nearly 20 years and would not go anywhere else. Ken, Sonia and staff know you and treat everyone as a friend, and their prices are great.

Brought a faulty product back to let them know. Started to tell i had no receipt. Didn't ask for a refund either. Woman at counter totally unterested as well a guy came and got upset and aggressive. Can just people advise to choose other places.

Rude and not helpful. Was after shampoo and conditioner for Brown hair just showed
a shampoo and didn't show conditioned. And walked off to serve another customer while I was about to ask a question.

Found the lady in this particular store quite rude and condescending. Wasn't very helpful and had a attitude towards me for no apparent reason. The lady was in her mid to late 40s or so you would think she would have a common understanding of good customer service skills.

Lady at counter (in her late 40s) was rude while i was talking to her for some unknown reason when i was asking her questions about products. She didn't even smile once. As uncomfortable as she made me feel I just ignored it and continued my shopping. I heard the guy cutting hair in the back of the store yelling at an asian lady because she was asking something about her haircut. She was talking to him calmly but he was continuously yelling at her and talking in a rude obnoxious way. This was the trashiest hairhouse warehouse i've been to. Never going there again. Also it's such a small cramped store. I prefer the other stores so much more.
