Went for a trim to ensure i have a tidy hair, instead the hair dresser started to thin my hair, even after I objected. Was very disappointed, don’t like how thin my hair feels now. Very disappointed!

EMMA IS A SUPERSTAR! I popped in while visiting Melbourne and she was so accomodating, welcoming and all around lovely. She has amazing attention to detail. I feel so confident and happy with my haircut and blow dry. Thank you thank you thank you

I was looking for a leave in conditioner in store and lady on the counter helped me with trying some testers and after trying few she said one of them was not a tester and I have to buy that as its opened now. It was the lady who opened the tube and gave me for testing. I thought not to put her in trouble and before buying I asked again and again if it's a leave in cond. She said it is and i did buy the item. But later i did some research online I got to know this is actually curl activator, and not a conditioner for hair. It's definitely no good for my hair. Completely disappointed and waste of money.

I forgot to ask for her name, but I had my hair done by a lovely blonde lady! She was really caring and very passionate with her work. Entered the salon as an absolute mess and left feeling really pretty! Thank you!

I called and walk in to ask, Why even put nose piercing at their services if dont do it at this store?

Lexi looked after me, for a much-needed hairstyle and moisturising treatment. Cut from shoulder length to a pixie cut, slightly longer on top. Very happy. Now my hair will be easier to manage. Value for money. And Lexi's friendly banter made the time fly.

I went to Hair House to fix the color of my hair and everything was perfect! Venice is the best! She was very professional and has a lot of knowledge about hair and color, she was very honest with my request giving me advice on what color with suit my hair better without any damage! She consider my request but also was resposible with my hair! The result was amazing, my hair looks perfectly nice, the color is perfect and what I asked.

She told me also what treatments would be ideal for my hair and gave me lots of advice.

I enjoyed so much talking with her! And the results of course!

Really happy with my haircut! Jade did a great job and she was very helpful. I wasn't happy with my previous haircut at another salon so it's nice to finally have it fixed.

I regularly get my haircut here by Lexy and have always left extremely satisfied. The staff here are also very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell in the store. Would highly recommend paying a visit for any hair needs.

I have done full head hair which they claimed it’s chocolate brown but no chocolate brown at all. Plus he said it’s a caramel brown highlights and no highlights to be seen. They charged $390/- and useless service. Been a regular to hairhouse QV they are trying to ripped u off by adding treatment + toner + abd all pluses end of the day they will literally damaged your hair. I have to chopped up my hair after paying 390/- as it was so brittle. Never ever recommend to anyone as they will ruin your hair.

Today I did my haircut.it looks too good.my haircut was done by JADE and she is too good. She is very well behaved and a very good hairdresser I must say. From now I will be her regular client for sure I am very satisfied?

I had an exceptional experience when I dealt with Sonny this afternoon. I popped in hoping to get some assistance in finding a new product to use for my new style. Sonny took the time to understand what I was looking to achieve and once he felt like he identified what would work, he sat me down to trial it, explain how to use the product and make sure I was happy. I made the purchase and will be back to get all my hair supplies from this store in the future purely based on this experience. Thank you Sonny!

Man doing the piercings came off as very rude and arrogant, he didn't seem overly knowledgeable or qualified on top of this. He didn't go through any of the aftercare associated with piercings with a friend after her piercing, seemed to want her out as fast as possible.

I've been going here for a few years now for my haircuts and the girls are amazing, especially Joy and Venice, always walking away with a great hair style.

Seriously appalling customer service, especially the one of the ladies at the front desk with the blonde dyed hair. She spoke down to me on her high horse and seemed like she could care less about treating customers nicely. I was so disgusted I don't ever want to come back for their service.
