Hairhouse Chadstone

My apprentice and I went into Hair House Ware House Chadstone to get some piercings and we had Bella do them for us, not only was she professional, approachable and knowledgeable she made us both feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. We would definitely recommend Bella to anyone wanting to get piercings as she was absolutely fantastic!

Amazing service! Took my daughter in for a piercing- and just before she felt faint, the wonderful Bella, was patient, sent us away to get a drink and bite to eat before coming back. On the second try, Bella was super friendly, chatted about music, tv shows etc to keep her distracted all the while being extremely professional and making sure she was thorough and hygienic. I was very impressed and grateful to Bella.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Sharon! She was absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond to help me with getting new jewellery for my philtrum (after losing the top of my previous one)
I had trouble with my bar size and getting the Jewellery in and she was willing to help with both
And thank you to the other ladies that tried to help me aswell!

Very disappointed by customer service there… as a regular client with hairhouse warehouse, today I walked in to buy Moroccan oil hair oil (the brand I want to buy is the first time) so I asked for if there any tester, the lady with white blond hair (the name on the receipt showing Cheryl’s) she just told me, no tester, all the oil same…I asked her if the product would be too oily or not, she answered so sarcastic: ” if u apply too much of course will be oily! ” Ok fine, I controlled my temper, because one of my friend strongly recommend this brand, ok, I purchased, after done payment, I asked for a bag, because they normal provide, that lady replied with another sarcastic answer: no bag, you have to pay for it! I suppose she needs some training for how to talk to customer! I would never visit this place again!

Fantastic customer service! Came here today for new piercing jewellery and although the store was clearly very busy I was helped by the lovely Tim and Bella who went above and beyond to accomodate for my time constraints and help me out! Will be making this my regular Hairhouse store:) Thank you!

The customer service is absolutely outstanding, as the staff helped myself and my son exactly what we both needed in one day!

Waited over 10 minutes to be served at the register. Staff was all too busy talking with other customers and ignored all those waiting to pay. They had even placed the item in a bag and wondered off to help others without completing the transaction.

Got my labtet done, and Bella was amazing! Super professional and when I asked for adjustments on positioning she was extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely going to come back for my next piercing!

AMAZING staff and service, went in for a piercing and was treated so wonderfully by the staff, they all greatly helped me with my nerves and were happy to have a conversation and answer any questions I had. The piercer was wonderful, made the whole experience so pain free and positive, I will be coming back! Do yourself a favour and go to Chadstone Hairhouse, could not recommend it enough!

Sharron is so lovely and informative! I had a great experience getting my Medusa, Reverse tragus and Flat piercing done here. Sharron is an expert and is really helpful.

Extremely disappointing customer service at this store. Left without purchasing the items I had intended to. Staff busy chatting amongst themselves, One of them an older blonde lady with huge hair was very rude borderline attempting to act snobby.
I’ve since purchased these items at another Hairhouse who were much friendlier and customer orientated.

Chloe did an amazing job on my hairs & I got perfect blonde color this time & she was very friendly and explained everything in a very polite way regarding products. My Experience was fantastic with her. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful service.

Got my eyebrow pierced by the lovely Bella, it was her first eyebrow piercing and she did absolutely perfectly, didn't even hurt a bit and had no issues. Absolutely love the look!

Not an exceptional customer service at both Chadston & Dandenong store. The staff just want to sell no matter what, they just have this intention and after a conversation with them about a product if you walk away they will be unhappy clearly. I spent a lot at Chadston store tonight but will never be back at this store again. The refund and exchange policy is complicated based on the product. I wanted to buy a dyson hair tool but they say no refund and exchange for this product just because i am getting it from their store and if i buy direct from dyson that is a different story.

I got my fringe cut here, it was too short, uneven and not what I asked for despite having a chat with the hairdresser and showing a picture of what I wanted) :
