Went in and was helped out by Regina (guessing by my receipt) she was so incredibly helpful and lovely. She gave me amazing advice on how to dye my hair and it turned out amazing. There was another staff member there and they were so personable and funny. Really thankful and happy!

Got my ears pierced by Lance. Super quick and easy, know's what's up and huge priority for safety/sterilisation.

I’ve been getting my hair colour done here for 2 years and they are the sweetest hair stylists I’ve ever been to. I have very challenging hair when it comes to dying and colouring. Despite my troubles they have gone above and beyond to ensure I’m well looked after. The team are lovely and the service is great.

Honestly the most lovely team. Big thank you to Jocelyn for helping me find the perfect and affordable extensions and ordering it in for me the very next day! Also Sarah who styled my hair and left me feeling soo happy with the outcome. Personable atmosphere with the most exceptional service.

Absolutely horrible experience. I got my nose pierced about 2 months ago and it has been constantly irritated. The jewellery is cheap and my piercing is completely crooked as the guy who did it just free-handed it. I’m very disappointed and am probably going to have to let it close and get it redone, however this time I’ll be sure to go somewhere where they actually know what they are doing.

I’ve been going to Hairhouse Warehouse in Camberwell for a few years now and I can’t sing their praises highly enough! Jocelyn, Reggie and the entire team are always friendly and welcoming, super knowledgeable about product and very accommodating. And if you’re after the best cutter, colourist and blow dry you can’t go past the one and only fabulous Dani! Seriously she is a miracle worker transforming my lifeless dull colour and boring cut into something truly incredible. Thank you for being so amazing!

This was such a bad experience. $65 simply into the drain. I did not have time to do my own styling hence booked in an appointment at this place which was at 3pm (an hour ago). I just got back home at 4pm (10 minutes ago). They offered to curl my hair and it looked okay at the salon but the moment I got back home which is literally 10 minutes away, all my curls were gone. Guess what I have to now again wash and do my hair and obviously be late for the event. Even when the staff member was doing my hair it was such an unfavorable and painful experience as my hair was constantly getting stuck in her comb. Never had such a bad curling experience before. Wonder if they use the right styling products. Such a waste of time energy and money

Highly recommend - i got my hair done yesterday and honestly the best color i have ever seen or had myself! Everyone is awesome and they have saved my hair about 100 times! They also help you with the best produts for your hair at home but dont try to pressure you, so thats an extra bonus!

Friendly staff and good haircut the one time I came here but have been sold the wrong size jewellery two times in a row- once with a sales assistant and another time by the piercer. Prefer the city store if looking at doing anything with or related to piercing jewellery or fitting

While the store is mainly for selling hair products, I actually availed myself of the salon and got my hair dyed and cut.
The service was great, but the prices were a little on the high side for a cut/dye I could have had in more specialised salons.

Natalie was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, and taught me a lot about the science of hair! Would highly recommend
