My son had an appointment for ear piercing and my Mum decided to get a new piercing, too. We could not have asked for more patient, caring staff. Excellent hygiene practices and quality customer service. Highly recommended!

Couldn't be happier with the service I received at the Traralgon store. I got a second piercing in my nose last week, and unintentionally pulled it out while drying my face 2 days later. I returned today to have it re-pierced.the lady who did the piercing is an absolute gem, with a personality worth bottling. I couldn't recommend her more highly if I tried.thank you for an amazing experince. I'll be back in a few weeks to get the other side done!

Got my very first piercing here the other day, staff were easy to talk to. The lady that gave my piercing was very friendly and professional. Would come again!

Went in for a spur of the moment piercing yesterday. The lady was so lovely and accommodating! She talked me through each step and made sure I was well informed during the procedure. The entire process was very comfortable and I experienced very minimal pain afterwards. Will certainly be returning! Thank you!

I had my hair coloured by Rachel and I absolutely love it! Lovely staff that are very knowledgable and give easy to follow advice. I've had many compliments on my new color and will definately be a regular from now on.

I loved getting my nose pierced here. Jacob was amazing at explaining everything and keeping me calm through it, he was such a darling. Will definitely be coming back to get more piercings.
