Professional, friendly and good customer service. Had a blow dry and a facial. The lady who did my facial was very gentle and patient. The whole experience was really relaxing. Would definitely go again.

I did my hair straightening and shampoo treatment last week but the guy ruined my hair. He burned my forehead and hair, I could feel the burned sensation even after a week. Now my hair is very rough and have no shape. I can't leave it untied as it looks awful. I went back and spoke to the guy but he’s was not ready to accept his mistake and provided bad customer service. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Hair Focus is a great place to trust with your hair style. Priyanth is an experienced bloke (known him since his Ambience days) and the "other guy" who bops with the music are and an awesome duo. Friendly and courteous, going that extra distance to get it just right.

Chathu was absolutely FABULOUS to work with! She did my make up for me for several occasions and she did a phenomenal job. I really loved her work! She made me absolutely stunning. She was extreamly professional, kind and so lovely to work with. She's very Easy to communicate and very responsive. Her work was truly flawless! Would recommend without hesitation!
Also Priyantha 's haircuts and hairstyle are amazing. Very professional and have a great knowledge about new trends. I always take my son for a haircut from him. Highly recommend this place for all your beauty needs.

Worst service ever
Booking doesn't matter because you have to wait for an hour
Then after that you get your hair cut by an apprentice who doesn't do a good job

Had a great time in the past, now I beg you to avoid this place. It has become the worst. Even I booked an appointment, I had to wait about an hour to get a haircut. He had a trainee working as well and had me waiting for the trainee even if it was my turn. So he just choose who he wants to provide services. Even the guy he selected told him I was before him and he just said I had to wait for the trainee. The actual haircut was awful, as if he was experimenting, will never go back. Zero star!

Nice lady but I showed a photo of a simple bun done nicely and got something totally different. I took it out on the way to the wedding as my familysaid you cant go like that. She teased my hair that bad that it is now short and frizzy in patches. Waste of money and wouldn't recommend for hair styling for weddings. Disappointing

Extremely happy with my hair cut and that is saying alot as I am a person who hates going to get a hair cut as I've had many bad experiences in the passed.
I will certainly be coming back next time round and won't want to leave it grow out any more

The male owner is a very rude guy. He upset my son (3yo) so much. Waited more than half an hour even after the an appointment. He asked me to go elsewhere! Looks like he has no manners what so ever!

Happy with my hair colour, however, now unable to book in again. Does not answer texts, messages or voicemails. Poor form.

I took my teenage son for a haircut here. Best haircut he has ever had! My son is on the autism spectrum and suffers from anxiety, so haircuts are usually a real drama. But the male hairdresser was a really cool person and made him feel at ease. He also cut hair really quick which was fantastic! It is a home based salon but set up as a professional salon. Would highly recommend.

Nice couch to relax while waiting and comfy chairs to sit in once you get your hair cut.

Now its about forth time i come to get my hair cut. Hairdresser is very friendly and keep doing a good job, price is good too.
