I am so disappointed with the services of this center.
I called them to ask for a product and a lady asked me to check online.
Then I walked in the store and the same lady was there and she misbehaved with me.
Please do not ever go in this store people.

Wish I’d found this company sooner. I have spent thousands of dollars at another company and worn units for more than 22 years. Hair Replacement Australia has good prices, no hardcore sales tactics.and their quality is the best ever. The hairdressers are really good and pleasant to look at too. A real professional setup. Keep up the good work guys!

Found this crowd online jul 18 fully prepared to shave my head and wear a piece, instead they got me regrowing my hair and I couldn’t be happier. These guys know their stuff. There smart and friendly. I am a regular at this place buying products and really happy with my results! Totally recommend this crowd.

I’ve been wearing a unit for years and didn’t know other businesses offered it too. These people do it the best, their quality is far more superior and their prices are less than a quarter of what I have been paying. Im only sorry I didn’t find them sooner. Must try!

These people are useless.
I Have been waiting for order for almost 10 weeks and they do not reply to my emails.

I have been using hair systems from last 3 years and have managed to get 8 months on an average out of a system. I ordered hair replacement system in Aug 16 they first said it will be delivered in oct 16, I didn't hear from them till nov, when I called they said there was some problem with the system, and had to be re ordered and will be coming in two more months - it finally arrived in late Jan and that's when I got it fitted. The System that was fitted was of substandard quality and it started loosing a lot of hair from second month onwards. By third month It developed a bald patch 3 cm In diameter in the crown Area. When I raised the concern with Beauty and Hair/ Hair replacement Australia, they said it must be because of the over conditioning. I have been using their conditioner and shampoo all this while, and I only shampoo and condition while taking a shower as per their directions. I have been using and maintaining these systems for three years now and I'm in quite good at taking care of them. So their response was very unconvincing. Due to substandard product and terrible customer service I decided to take my business elsewhere - I do not recommend these guys.

The day before coming here I tried a guy in the city. The hair felt crap and the cut was so bad, but Beauty & Hair fixed all that. Thanks again
