Very professional beauty clinic, I tried PRP for the first time in my life! The person who did the surgery for me today was Ms. Bella. She was very patient and gentle, and her technique was very good and not painful at all. The whole process was spent in a relaxed and pleasant chat. It was a very good experience.

I started PRP treatment for hair loss in March with the main concerns of a receding/thinning hairline and temples. I was sceptical in the beginning but wanted to try another option before a hair transplant. I noticed a change in my hairline after 3 treatments with baby hairs growing in along my hairline and I had thicker density with the rest of my hair. Im now up to my 10th treatment (spaced 4-6 weeks apart) and am very happy with the results. Baby hairs have grown in, hair is thicker and my temple line has moved down; I am that happy I no longer think about getting a hair transplant. Highly recommend this treatment to anyone before jumping the gun with a hair transplant. It works and this treatment will save you $$$ as opposed to a getting transplant. I’m glad I tried this first instead of getting a transplant. Just a FYI - the staff at the Ashwood clinic are all wonderful, easy going and knowledgeable; you’ll be in good hands if you decide to start this journey.

All I can say is Im happy to the outcome of my treatment, at first few sessions I’m not convinced with the result but when my friends noticed it my hair getting thicker and thicker, I my self double checked it and it was amazing result! No doubt it’s worth it! Aside from that, the customer service and staffs are fantastic!

Cathy is literally the best! I normally struggle with taking my blood but Cathy has always made my treatment very comfortable so I don’t feel anxious when taking bloods. When I signed up for PRP I was hopeful that I'd get some results from my thinning hair and growing bald spot. After 10 treatments I did start to see some improvements, minor, but definitely new hair. I then transitioned into PRF and immediately saw a massive acceleration in new hair growth. And Kathy has been amazing throughout the treatments.) Very happy so far!

Friendly staff and good customer service, however, their PRP solution didn't help me with my hair loss issue at all. In addition to attending the regular sessions, I purchased the home care products from them and did everything that I was told to do as part of home care, however, didn't help my cause at all unfortunately. Definitely not for me.

I did my 6 weeks PRP and definitely see a change my hairline and crown was thinning and I can see results before and after treatment, my hairline and crown is thicker now. Thanks to entire hair and skin science team
