Haigh's Chocolates Elizabeth Street

Just visited Haigh’s for the first time ever and the older sales assistant, I think her name was Sandra or Sandy or Sarah or something, was more than accommodating and so so lovely. I’m not from Melbourne but would definitely travel back to this specific shop just to re experience her customer service.

The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful - I was running late and arriving at closing time and they were able to help put some items aside for me in advance. Staff are unbelievably kind and helpful and the chocolates are amazing - as always!

Oh lovely! The friendly staff were very helpful and with a smile. Got a free taste of a chocolate, dark chocolate and ginger, delicious! We ended up getting the milk chocolate and caramel. Mmmmm! Yum! Delicious! You must go there!

I love the chocolate from here, they have free samples too for when you are buying which makes it extra special. The shopping windows are so well put together.

Good store with easy to navigate selection. Chocolates are smooth delicious and very high quality. Sandra and Di are adorable, but on occasion there can be staff which are a little indifferent and come across as unpleasant.

Lovely selection of chocolate, with a fair bit to choose from. Fairly pricey, but good quality stuff.

I've been going to haighs chocolates for many a years the yummy chocolates have always been there for me rain hail or shine and Sarah always knows where the chocolate frogs have got to when I'm in despair and just can't find them lol

The places is just beautiful and the personal is absolutely kind, the have a wide variety of delicious chocolates!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Huge selection of chocolates in varying sizes. Taste tests offered. You can buy wrapped chocolates perfect for gifts, as well as special individual chocolates available. I had the Melbourne gin one and it was delicious. Prices are high, but expected for the quality. Easy to reach by public transport, not much parking as is in centre of city. The range is perfect for anyone's chocolate preferences. Highly recommend as a place to get gifts or treat yourself.

Well I didn't get the diamond ear rings for my sweet at Michael Hill but I wasn't so indecisive at Haigh's Chocolates lol. I walked in and out in just a few minutes and managed to quickly pick up both dark and milk chocolate delights and I have to admit, the dark chocolate was just too tempting on the way home. If you like chocolate, and who doesn't, then Haigh’s Chocolate has got it. The staff here is always super friendly.

One of the better managed Haigh's chocolate store where the staff is well mannered and gets the job done quick. The chocolates are of course worth the occasional visit.

Lovely staff who were very helpful and offered tastings. Nice little store we visited with a delicious selection of fine chocolate. We came home with a yummy little bag full!
